Biennial Contract for House Keeping of TELK Campus

PART (A) Complete upkeeping of offices, residential building and toilets in TELK by Sweeping, wet cloth moping, cleaning of sanitary fittings, floor and wall tiles, cleaning of premises of toilets etc. as detailed below by deploying a minimum of 8 trained Women labourers and 1 Supervisor on every working day on a full time basis including cost of labour and material. Please refer 'Detailed Specification of Work under BOQ Part - A (Annexure - A). Total 610 working days are considered during two years period. (Lump Sum rate per day for undertaking the above scope of work deploying a minimum of 8 trained Women labourers and 1 Supervisor on every working day on a full time basis including cost of labour and material shall be quoted here).

PART (A) Supply of special labour for closing leakages of roof of factory buildings, office & residential buildings using tar felt, roofing compound & leak proofing materials including changing of hook bolts & washers, asbestos & polycarbonate sheets and repairing & painting of gutters & down water pipes with Al.sheets & MS plates etc. complete as and when required. Necessary materials will be supplied by the company free of cost. (Rate per man day shall be quoted here)

PART (A) Factory and factory office cleaning, shop arrangement, loading and unloading of materials, movement of materials to different locations etc. by deploying a minimum of 10 Men in the first shift on every working day on a full time basis as a lump sum work :- Total 610 working days are considered during two years period. Lumpsum rate per day for undertaking the above work by deploying a minimum of 10 Men in the first shift on every working day. PAR (A) Factory and factory office cleaning, shop arrangement, loading and unloading of materials, movement of materials to different locations etc. by deploying a minimum 3 Men in the second shift on every working day on a full time basis as a lump sum work :- Total 610 working days are considered during two years period. Lumpsum rate per day for undertaking the above work by deploying a minimum of 3 Men in the second shift on every working day. PART B Labour Charges in the case of additional labourers to be supplied in order to meet urgent works and that not covered under 1.0, 2.0, 3.1 & 3.2. The bidders shall quote only the rate of labour on daily wage rate and overtime rate, shift allowance etc. against 4.1(a), 4.2 (b), 4.3 (c), 4.4 (d), 5.1 (a), 5.2 (b), 5.3 (c), 6.1(a), 6.2(b), 6.3(c), 7.1(a), 7.2(b), 7.3(c), 7.4(d), 8.1(a), 8.2(b), 8.3(c), 8.4(d), 9.1(a), 9.2(b), 9.3(c), 9.4(d), 10.1(a), 10.2(b), 10.3(c), 10.4(d), 11.1(a), 11.2(b), 12.1(a), 12.2(b), 13.1(a), 13.2(b), 13.3(c), 14.1(a), 14.2(b), 14.3(c).
