Detailed Design Construction Testing and Commissioning of Light House Museum at National Maritime Heritage Complex at Lothal Gujarat through EPC mode

Complete fit out Works of Exhibitions Galleries, which are Detailed Designed and whose DCD prepared by the EPC Contractor’s Exhibit and Museum Consultant and has been approved by Curation Committee, Pr. Project Consultant, Museum designer appointed by PPC and IPRCL along with making its presentation based on design intent for approval, and finally getting approval from Curation Committee, Pr. Project Consultant and IPRCL. The Scope includes but not limited to Research and authentication of references, preparation of fabrication drawings, Artworks, Sketches, Samples, Prototypes as required, WMS, Installation including coordination of various items like but not limited to Audio Visual, Graphics, Acoustics, Artefacts, Theming, Interior of the Exhibition spaces, Lighting, internal MEPF etc. including walkthroughs.

Design Engineering including safety certification and, statutory approvals and audits, Interfacing, Coordinating & and all other obligations including all insurances, Bank Guarantee, Supervision charges etc. for stipulated timely completion in percentage (%) for the amount of work awarded (only on 1 and 2)
