SECTION - 1 DEMOLTION WORKS
Dismantling of Extisting Super Structure
Cutting of PCC/Wearing Coat on top surface of the elements specified methodology as specified by the schematic drawings (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition), Cleaning the surface, stacking as stacking area in HSL premises, Disposal of materials away from the site as specified by local authorities and as directed by PMC. Serviceable material resulting from dismantling shall be stacked by Contractor at location as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge and shall be property of HSL.
Screed/Wearing Coat/Unreinforced Conrete

a) Cleaning of Marine Growth: M&L for Preparation of existing concrete Tie beams as specified, removal of dry/ oil / sea weed growth/ damp by means of mechanical grinding machine to achieve a rough, coherent substrate having an excellent anchor profile removing all the loose material, rust, dirt etc., clean and dry the surface by using vacuuming equipment, water jet and compressed air. If required surface shall be lightly grit blasting or detergent washed to get PH value neutrality complete all as specified and as directed.

SECTION - 2 PILE FOUNDATION
Pile Foundation - 900mm Dia and Deck Beams
Construction of cast - in - situ RCC bored piles with MS Liner including driving, up-to design depth, Boring in all type of strata, removal of excavated material, stabilized by unlined soil by using betonite/polymer, Providing requried reinforcment as per design and approved BBS by EIC. Placing of M40 garde concrete by means of tremmie method, Providing all necessary labour, materials, tools, machinary, working platform and plants etc as per standard specification and as directed by EIC
Boring (BCIS): Boring of 900mm dia. from sea level/deck level/ ground level upto founding level in all types of soil including rock, all complete as per standard specification and as directed by EIC

Steel: Supply & Unloading at site, Storing, Taking delivery from Stores, Shifting to site, Cut, Bend and Fix in position “High Yield Strength Deformed” Reinforcements of grade Fe 500D in 900 mm Dia Piles including strengthing, weilding with approved electrodes etc. with all labour and materials all completed as per drawings, standard specification and as diected by EIC. All form of rings, laps, lifting hooks etc will paid as per approved BBS.

Concrete: Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Ordinary Portland (OPC-53 Grade) cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement as per direction of the engineer-in-charge; for the following grade of concrete. All works upto Plinth level. Concrete of M40 grade with minimum cement content of 390 kg/cum (Note : Minimum cement content considered in this item is @ 390 kg/cum. Additional cement requirement as per mix design shall be considered by the bidder while quoting, nothing extra shall be paid on this account).

Initial test (Test Load 2.5 times the Safe capacity)

Pile Intigrity Test: Arranging and Integrity testing of Pile using Low Strain/ Sonic Integrity Test/ Sonic Echo Test method in accordance with IS 14893 including surface preparation of pile top by removing soil, mud, dust & chipping lean concrete lumps etc. and use of computerised equipment and high skill trained personal for conducting the test & submission of results, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

SECTION - 3 CONSTUCTION OF SUPERSTRCTURE OF THE JETTY
Surface Finishing and Rehabilitation
Surface finishing: Material & labour for existing old concrete pile cap surface with griding machnie and manual chisels and further the surface is cleaned with water jet, again cleaning the surface with blower to remove all loose fine particles present on the surface and expsoing the dowel bars of any dia of min development length of 50D, M&L for raggiling and preparation of rusted surfaces of steel reinforcement with metal wire brush for cleaning the surfaces free from loose rust and applying of rust remover cum passivator with brush to the rusted reinforcement, and removing rust as flex after 24 hours of application of rust remover with the help of wire brush / sand paper and thoroughly wash the surfaces with the help of water pressure and allowing the cleaned surfaces completely. (Note: Reinforcement / welded steel wire fabric shall be measured and paid seperately as "supply only rate" under respective items in this schedule).
Application Anti Corrosive (Alkaline): M&L and Application of two coats of alkaline water based rust converting primer as per manufacturer's method of application to exposed reinforcement bar corrosion protection system to old reinforcement of make by approved manufacturer or E-in-C's complete all as specified and directed.( Area of cleaned reinforcement steel bar shall only be measured for payment). Spec: Alkaline Rust converting primer in two coats conforming to ASTM-B-117 & ASTM-G-60-86 to exposed existing rebars after removing & cleaning loose rust by wire brush and leave it for 6-8 hours. The rust converter shall have a minimum pH of 7.5 and shall be able to convert both hematite and magnetite forms of rust shall pass 400 alternate immersion cycles in 3.5 % NaCl.
Application Anti Corrosive Epoxy Phenolic: M&L and Application two coats Epoxy /Phenolic anti-corrosive protective coating as per manufacturer's method of application to reinforcement bar over applied rust converting primer corrosion protection system to existing reinforcement of make by approved manufacturer or E-in- C's complete all as specified and directed.( Area of cleaned reinforcement steel bar shall only be measured for payment). Spec: Anti-corrosive coating (CSIR/CBRI know how) in 2 coats with time interval of minimum 6 hours. The coating shall have ECorr value of -45 mV against SCE in 3.5 NaCL for 100 hours and electrochemical evaluation of max 0.5 mA /cm2.
Application of Bonding Agent: M&L and Application of single coat of bond agent for new to old concrete Epoxide Resin based agent, apply of epoxy on concrete surface by brush and other tools and tackels, Apply concrte/cememnt plaster/gunite on bonading agent approx 30min. after application under any circumstances within one hour or by approved manufacturer or E-in-C's complete all as specified and directed. Conforms to ASTM-C-882-87 (Arizona Slant Shear Test) of pot life 30 minutes for 2 lt mix at 25°c. Apply Material & labour applying a coat of high bond strength structural grade bond coat Spec: A coat of structural grade epoxy bond coat having excellent water and alkali resistance and has long tack free time of more than 120 minutes by brush conforming to ASTM-C-882-87 to the prepared concrete surface to be repaired / strengthened. This is applied prior to the application of polymer repair mortar / epoxy mortar / Micro concrete to have monolithic action between old concrete surface and new concrete surface.
Anchore Holes: M&L for providing Anchoring holes by drilling 30 mm dia holes up to depth of 175mm in concrete surfaces and fixing Max 25 mm dia TMT bars anchor rods as additinal reniforcement by using epoxy putty chemical manufactured by any other approved manufacturer of E-in-C's branch (Mix of base and hardener of the epoxy ) in defective concrete area of the slab / column / beams etc or any other structural member as per site requirement after cleaning the drilled hole by using drilling machine and after drying clean the surface with blower to remove all loose & fine particles present in the hole. The Mix of base and hardener of the epoxy resin shall be prepared by thorough mixing of base & hardener by the help of spatula. After preparing the mix the holes shall be filled to a minimum depth of 1/3rd of the hole with the prepared epoxy resin and the reinforced bar shall be inserted to full depth of hole and extra length of the reinforcement bar shall be bent into the concrete to maintain proper cover to the reinforcement complete.
Shuttering: Supply, Unloading at site, Storing, Taking delivery from Stores, Shifting to site, provide Wrot shuttering for insitu concrete work in true to line, level and size, free from surface irregularities and other defects. The form work shall be close fitting to prevent the loss of cement paste from the concrete and adequately propped, braced and framed to prevent deformation under weight and pressure of wet concrete, constructional loads, wind, vibrations and other forces. All form work shall be cleaned and coated with approved proprietary mould oil before use; care shall be taken to keep all reinforcement away from contact with such oil. Stagging, Working Platforma and Pantoon: Providing and Supply of jack system or CT prop and MS frame for of spacefied material and approved E-in-C's.

Reinforcment: Supply, Unloading at site, Storing, Taking delivery from Stores, Shifting to site, Cut, bend and fix in position “High Yield Strength Deformed” reinforcements of grade Fe 500D with double coated anti corosssive bars or CRS Bars this including strengthening, welding, with aprroved electrods, binding wires etc with all labour and materials complete as per drawing, standard specification and as directed by EIC. for following items. No wastage taken into account.

Concrete Screed: Concrete Screed: Prepare and place concrete screed (1:1:2) 1 cement: 1 coarse sand: 2 aggregate on floor slabs in lines and levels providing formwork if required, compacting by hand ramming , curing etc complete.
Application of Protective Coat: M&L for providing two coats (not less than 150 micron ( dry film) per coat) of carbonation resistant film chemical by any approved manufacturer of E-in-C's branch of 150 microns complete all as specified and as directed.

SECTION - 4 MISCELLAMEOUS WORKS
Protective Cover For D-Wall and Ground Improvement at Approch of jetty
Guniting - Wet Proccess: M&L for 40 mm thick gunniting by chemical mortar prepared by approved manufacturer of E-in-C's branch mixed with 6 mm down graded crushed stone aggregate on prepared concrete surfaces complete all as per manufacture's instruction & as directed.. ( Note :- 25 kg Renderoc DS40 mixed with 12.5 kg of 6 mm downgraded crushed stone aggregate shall be mixed) or by approved manufacturer or E-in-C's complete all as specified and directed. Spec: Dosage of 500 grams per cement bag & adding 100% polypropylene fibre Krifib at a dosage of 125 grams per bag of cement for internal and external plastering application. These additives are to be used for improving workability, impermeability, cohesion of mortar, reducing rebound loss and crack resistant properties of mortar. Equivalent process and specifications as per IS standard with Engineer-in-charge.

Welded Wire Mesh: Supply and Fixing of only welded steel wire fabric mesh achored to concrete surface exc 3 Kg / Sqm not exceeding 4 Kg/Sqm complete all as per manufacture's instruction & as directed..
Ground Improvement - at Jetty Approch
Grouting: M&F for fixing injection grouting nozzle of suitable size for Injection grouting for structural cracks with low viscous epoxy resin grouting chemical by approved manufacturer or E-in-C's branch and grouting by injecting the chemical by using an electrically operated pressure grouting machines until the nipple refuses the grout or the grout comes out from a nearby nipples and after grouting, all the nipples shall be cut and the surface shall be finished to match the nearly surface complete all as per manufacturer's instruction and as directed. The grouting is to be undertaken in the area [(96.95m x 15m) & (60.1m x 15m)] as shown in drawing no. A6645OJCDG008 for ground improvement at approach of Jetty. The quantity of grout of 1 hole should be minimum 13 bags of cement with a raito of 1:2 or 15 times of volume of grout hole. (Note :- 1. Work shall be executed as per manufacturer's instruction.2. The chemicals are available in two components - base and the hardener. The components of a pack shall be mixed at a time by mechanical means using a slow speed heavy duty drilling machine fixed with mixing paddles. Part mixing of a pack is not accepted. This cost include with supply of grouting chemical of shall be low viscosity epoxy basedSpec: Low viscosity epoxy grout having viscosity less than 200 cps into concrete at 150mm to 300 mm centre to centre through electrically operated pressure grouting machines & nylon nipples of 12 mm dia fixed into 14 mm dia drilled holes at 4-7 kg /cm2 pressure and heavy flexural strength of 110-130 kg / cm2 & bond strength of 80-100 kg / cm2. Grouting to be done in cracks till the nozzle refuses to accept the grout or it flows from the adjacent nozzle and removing the nipples & sealing it with non-shrink epoxy putty.

RAIL FIXING : Supply & Unloading at site, Storing, Taking delivery from Stores, Shifting to site, Fabricate and install in position, according to the Drawings and as directed by the Engineer, rail & fixing accessories as under

Scope to include for expansion joint material from Approved manufacturer, chemical an-chors, polymer modified concrete, sealants, epoxy mortar nosings, etc. all complete.Scope to also incldue to include for Bitumen Impregnated Filler Board, forming of Sealing Slot, Polyethylene Bond breaker and sealing the joint with Polysulphide Rubber Sealing compound as per the specification. Steel angle nosing and steel plates as required shall be in the Scope of Contractor
LADDERS : Supply & Unloading at site, Storing, Taking delivery from Stores, Shifting to site, plcing/installing galvanised steel ladders including plate, rungs, angle supports, etc. all complete as per drawing. Stainless steel sleeves embedded in concrete.
WOODEN FENDERS: M&L fixing of wood fenders to the face of the jetty with proper fixing method with galavanized MS bolts washers and nuts. Size 250x1000

Jetty Inserts, Service Trench and OEM's
Steel Insert and Jetty Fixers: Steel Inserts / Embedded Part in Concrete: Supply, fabricate and fix in position various steel inserts/embedded parts (excluding bolts which will be paid under separate item) in insitu in accordance with the Drawings and as directed by the Engineer / Site incharge. Rate to include for galvanising (30 micron thk) all round and painting of exposed surfaces. (Supply of all the material required to complete the work in contractor's scope.)
Bolts, Nuts & Washer: Supply, fabricate and fix in position as shown on the Drawings or as directed by the Engineer bolts of various sizes in insitu concrete (Rate to include for nuts and washers, etc. all complete together with sheradizing / galvanizing of bolts, nuts & washers with 10 microns thick zinc coating). (Supply of all the material required to complete the work in contractor's scope.)
Mild Steel : Supply & Unloading at site, Storing, Taking delivery from Stores, Shifting to site, Fabricate and fix in position various steel nosings, inserts/embedded parts to the edge of the jetty for reducing damage in mooring ropesthe Drawings and as directed by the Engineer. Scope to include for galvanising (30 micron thk) all round and painting of exposed surfaces.
Supply of Fenders and Bollards
Bollards: Supply of Bollards as per specifcication, Unloading at site, Storing, Taking delivery from Stores, Shifting to site and fixing in position Cast Iron Bollards of working load capacity 60 T, including galvanized holding down bolts, nuts, washers, and painting as recommended. Note: Contactor should assess the existing bollards through any one of the full member of IACS or compitative authority by inspector of factories by Govt. of A.P. If the bollards are in good condition, replacment of bollards are not requried only foundation need to be reconstructed and the exsisting bollards to be recommended.
Marine Fenders : Supply of fenders as per specifcication, Unloading at site, Storing, Taking delivery from Stores, Shifting to site and fixing of Super cell type DCN 1100H Fenders including all supporting accessories neccesary for Fender installation.
