Sewage tank cleaning: Sewage tank capacity approx 6.15 M3 to clean.Manhole to be opened,upon gas free clearance from HSL , tank to be throughly cleaned ,perforated sheets and mesh to be chipped and cleared of all sewage. Tank inspection to be offered to IRS.Post clearance from IRS ,apexior paint to be applied within the tank and boxed back with new gaskets. Consumables required for the job,gaskets, apexior paint ,manhole studs & nuts are to be arranged by vendor.
STP valves to be overhauled size 80nb type: Gate Valves to be degutted and dismantled.Post overhauling to be fitted in position. spares required for overhauling of valves gland packings,bolts & nuts are to be arranged by vendor.Valves to be pressure tested to 7kg/cm2.
