Amount

Bagging of finished product in 25/40/50 kgs. bags through electronic bagging machine and stitching of each bag after counter checking from platform weighing scale. Proper Stacking of Cattle Feed bags in finished product godown from slate conveyors/including cleaning of entire godown (Including cleaning Walls, Roofs and windows, Web cobs etc.).

Dumping of Raw Materials in to in-take conveyors from all floor and cleaning of DORB & Rice Bran empty bags through Bag cleaning Machine .web cobs etc

Dumping of un-treated cakes(DOMC, DGNC) into Dumping hopper/Bagging of treated cakes in 50 Kgs. bag/ stitching & stacking of bags (into stacks) and cleaning of the By Pass Protein plant section on daily basis. (Including cleaning Walls, Roofs, windows and all machinery & equipments, Web cobs etc.)

Bundling of empty bags into 25 nos. each and shifting from dumping points to outside Plinths/Sheds, covering with tarpaulin & stacking i.e. :- -Above 50 kg. capacity and upto 50 kgs

Mineral Feed Supplement prepared in ball mixture and to be used in compunding the feed and packing the same quantity simultaneously in 1kg/2kg pack manually, 7 MT per shift.

Mineral Feed Supplement Compounding in the mixture and packing the same quantity simultaneously in 01 kg/ 02 kg pack by Machine, 10 MT per shift.

Daily Cleaning of all floors & Area (Including Walls, Roofs, windows and Web cobs etc.) of Production Building.
