Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level).

M&L for 100 mm thick cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) in sub-floors, sub-bases, floors and pavings etc.

M&L for 100 mm thick cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) in sub-floors, sub-bases, floors and pavings etc.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles, laid bedded and pointed in mortar of any description / paver block including sand cushioning.

M&L for Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 grade, with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed.

Refixing of serviceable paver block retrieved from item No 4.00 above complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Sand cushioning shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for cement concrete Type C1 1:3:6 (20 mm graded aggregate) in packing around interlocking paver blocks, bed plates etc.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated brick, stone, concrete, asbestos cement or plaster surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth,not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (ordinary tint) over a coat of primer.

M&L for preparation of old painted brick, stone, concrete, asbestos cement or plaster surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (ordinary tint).

Demolition of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry / PCC block masonry, built in cement or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, including ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles.

M&L for pre-cast cement concrete block masonry 1:5:8 (20mm graded aggregate) with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6, complete.

M&L for providing 40 mm thick (measured solid) precast concrete jallies type B0 1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded aggregate) set in cement mortar 1:4 including dismantling of old precast jallies.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4.

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for

S&F framed work such as grills,gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165,etc complete all as specified and directed.

Welding in repairs exc 2.5cm but n.exc 5 cm in length, thickness of metal to be welded exc 6 mm but n.exc 9mm

Dismantling of posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section including taking out from embedded portion in concrete and making good disturbed surfaces.

S&F mild steel hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165.

S&F in repairs GI concertina coil fixed on angle iron post/struts with 3.15mm dia Gl wire all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of heavy duty galvanised mild steel wire, staples or staple pins etc as directed. (Each line wire to be measured).

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (ordinary tint) over a coat of red oxide, zinc chrome primer.

Material & Labour for preparation of old plastered / concrete surfaces of walls, including brooming down, steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke, soot, mold, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots and applying two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm including filling up all cracks and defects with CM 1:3.

S&F in repairs aluminium composite panel of 4mm thick exterior grade on on wall / column / ceiling with combination of aluminium skin material of 0.25mm thick (two or more metallic coloured coating sheet as directed) aluminium sheet of alloy grade 1100-H14 cover material, coated on external side with PVDF coating containing 70% resins for anti-fungal and anti bacterial properties and the center core shall be with natural polythelene (HDPE) bonded to the aluminium skin on both side over aluminium frame of section 50 mm x 37 mm x 1.6 mm (16 gauge) fixed on wall / ceiling. Cladding panel to be fixed with rawl plug and SS screw all as approved on walls / ceilings including necessary accessories, complete all as per manufacturer's instructions and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in repairs letters of height 450mm and 60mm thickness with LED dotted lights, fixed with SS screw on ACP cladding and providing polished plain acrylic sheet having thickness of 2mm over the letters all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
