Erection Part

Erection of LT steel tubular pole 8/9 Mtr. Long: - Excavation of earth in all kinds of soil for making pits of size 1.2x1x1x1 M suitable for installing STP 8/9 mtr long, erection of STP 8/9 meter long with RCC muff in the excavated pit, refilling of pit with excavated soil including watering and ramming etc. as required disposing off surplus soil at the dumping site of local bodies, fixing of M.S clamps , stay clamps, stay wire,M.S angel LT cross arms, insulators, nut & bolts including drilling,bending welding etc.as required, filling of RCC muffwith Cement concrete in ratio 1:2:4 (1cement:2 sand :4 concrete 20mm nominal size) from bottom to top, painting of all steel parts and STP with two coats of aluminium paint A grade, fixing of any other item required to complete the job, as per standard practice of HPSEBL and as per the direction of Engineering in charges.

Stay set(LT):- Digging of pit(0.8x1.2x1.35m),fixing of stay rod, filling and ramming of pit, nozzelling and tightening, . complete in all respect.

Earthing set(LT):- Digging of pit (0.8x1.2x1.5m),fixing of G.I wire to earth system, filling and ramming of pit, etc. complete in all respect.

Erection of conductor:- Re-stringing and re-sagging , fixing of jumpers of LT Line with off sizes Conductor and G.I Earth wire 8/10 SWG , neutral & earth wire to be run on AI -Bracket below three phase LT Line Complete in All respects . As per direction if engineer incharge.

Dismantling Charges of Conductor off sizes:-Removal of conductor from insulator and de-stringing complete in all respects

Extra Mannual carriage for an average lead of 1.000 Km from road side to site of work for Steel Tubular Pole 8/9 Mtr Long with allied material. For an average lead of 01 Km =57X1=57 Per pole / perkm

Dismantaling of rotten wooden pole and carriage of rotten wooden pole from site of work to the JE Section store , including transportation , loading and unloading complete in all respects as per direction of Engineer In-Charge
