Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 3 ton cassette AC (2 in each OT) Also there should be provision for return air from OT to maintain sterile air as per site

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of High Pressure Laminated Hermetically Sealed double/single leaf Swing Door with door closer of size 900-1100mm or as per site

Construction of finished zed black Granite platform inside OT for storage purpose as per site

Supply and Fixing of Hermetically sealed Flush Window 6'X4' or as per site with both side Tuffon Glass with intermediate Bind /curtain. Blind working should be smooth.

Supply & Fixing of Aluminum ceiling tiles with non-woven acoustic fleece are manufactured from aluminum alloy sheets with pre-painted polyester coating. A minimum coating thickness of 25µm from face side and 5µm from back side. Aluminum Alloy as per EN AW 3000 series. Weight per sq. tile approximately 0.71kg. Clip-in tiles are available in perforated pattern for aesthetics and acoustic performance, and in plain finish for seamless design as per site

Supply & installation of Bed head panel 1200-1500 mm with provision of 2 Oxygen, 2 Vaccum, 1 Air outlet, 4 electrical outlet & 1 suction trolley with 2 jars & 1 suction jar about 600 ml directly on vaccum outlet with non return valve

Supply & installation of bed head panel with provision of 2 oxygen, 2 vaccum, 4 electrical outlet and 1 suction trolley and 1 suction jar about 600ml in Obstetric OT for neonatal resuseeitiation . as per site

Supply & Painting of Anti-Bacterial, Anti-Fungal, Non-Toxic Health care grade Paint with Acrylic Putty. Surface should be Fine Class.

Supply and fixing of 600mmX 600mm Ceiling concealed LED light (8 in each OT) as per site

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Internal Electric work with atleast 10 modular power Socket with switch 6/16 amp in OT wall, AC power cabling inside the OT. All wiring should be flushed in wall or ceiling. Required DB & MCB should be installed by bidder. as per site

Miscellaneous Civil & MGPS Work for electric and Door and other for renovation purpose. Provision for cut out for pass box of 600x600 mm as per site
