Providing Comprehensive Services for Architectural, Planning, Designing, Engineering, Accordance of All Statutory Approvals (including all approvals from SJDA, WBRERA, MoEFCC, WBSPCB etc.), Building Permissions, Market Assessment, Financial Services. Assisting in Fund Management, Media Management, Brand management, Legal and Sales Services of about 55.69 Lakh Sq.ft. of Carpet Area / Plot Area of Development of National Industrial Township Project at Siliguri - Jalpaiguri, West Bengal a) The Estimated Total Sales Value specified in Section I (Notice Inviting Tender) is indicative in nature and has been provided solely for the purpose of bid evaluation. Bidders are advised to undertake their own independent assessment, investigations, and due diligence regarding the Project prior to submission of their Financial Bid. The Consultancy Fee payable to the Agency shall be determined by applying the quoted percentage to the Actual Sales Realization achieved from the Project, and shall be payable strictly in accordance with the payment terms and conditions specified in this Tender Document. b) No conditions should be attached. c) In case of difference between the words and figures, words would prevail. d) The percentage quoted by the bidder shall be inclusive of everything; excluding GST. e) The agency shall issue Tax Invoices to NITCON Limited showing (i) Basic Amount (ii) GST Amount separately and the payment of GST will be made to agency only after uploading of bill by agency on GST portal “to avail Input benefit of GST” f) “NITCON” shall be performing all its duties of deducting TDS and other deductions on payments made to agency as per applicable legislation in force on the date of submission of bid or to be newly/amended introduced during the execution of the contract
