Supply, fabrication and erection of hand railings in balcony's, staircases, terrace parapet walls etc ., where ever damaged after dismantling the damaged rails and replacing with GI round/ square pipes (hollow bars), GI pipe medium grade as per IS 1161:2014, steel tubes, Yst 210 grade,galvanised, as GI pipes are intended to withstand internalwater pressure and steel tubes are intended for structural support, the rate includes cost and conveyance of all materials like GI pipes of required sizes, all labour charges for fabrication, erection charges at all heights etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. Welding shall confirm to IS 816:1969 Repair/restoration to galvanising after welding shall confirm to IS 11759:1988

Providing 12 mm thick plastering to walls with CM (1:5) including cost and conveyance of all materials but excluding cost of cement (Cement will be supplied by department), Labour Charges, curing at all leads and lifts etc., complete for finished item of work and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Plastering work with CM single coat shall be as per APSS 903.

Attending repairs to the cracks on walls by making grooves in the crack portion by applying specialized acrylic caulking sealant treatment/ Contech – 2000 bio Product crack fill chemical with white cement over cracks, the rate includes cost & conveyance of all materials, labour charges, all leads & lifts, T&P etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Polymer sealing/ crack filling compound- Sealing compound shall meet the requirements of a polymer modified cementious product confirming to IS 17545: 2021.

Filling of gaps between tiles to avoid leakages from bath/wash rooms of residential quarters by removing the existing damaged/washed out white cement and making groove with groove cutting machine and re-filling the same with a mix of Grouting powder and Grout Admix Plus chemical, the rate includes all labour charges, hire charges of groove cutting machine, cost of Chemical, cleaning charges of floor etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the department. The joint grouting work shall be as per the recommendations of the grout manufacturer and as per ISO 13007 (Part 3): 2004, Type CG, Class 1 W.

Painting to the ceiling with one coat of plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost & conveyance of all materials to work site, all operational, incidental charges, labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Plastic emulsion painting work shall be as per APSS 1216 confirming to IS 15489:2013, Type-1 for interior usefor emulsion paint.

Providing and applying 2 coats of Synthetic plaster of putty such as birla wall care putty or texture paint or equivalent such as NCL /Saicoat texture paint of average 2 to 3mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth after thoroughly brushing, Clean & wipe off loose dust, applying putty/texture paint filler by putty kinfe/muslin pad, air dry for 2-3hrs for the surface preparation including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site, all operational, incidental charges, labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-in-charge for external walls at 0.45m height at each floor including cost of access sacffolding. White cement based polymer wall putty shall confirm to IS 17545:2021

Painting to the External walls with one coat of primer using cement paint of approved brand and shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, the rate includes conveyance of all materials to work site, all operational, incidental charges, labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Painting walls with cement primer shall be as per APSS 912. primer paint shall confirm to IS 109: 2017. Priming shall be as per APSS 1207.

Painting to the External walls with One coat of acrylic emulsion paint weather proof water-based, modified acrylic with silicon additives interior/exterior grade having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ liter of approved brand with minimum warranty of 5 years and shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including conveyance of all materials to work site, all operational, incidental charges, labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Plastic emulsion painting work shall be as per APSS 1216 confirming to IS 15489:2013, type 2- for exterior use for emulsion paint.

Painting to old Iron works like Gates, Grills, Hand Rails, door frames etc., with synthetic enamel paint of approved quality in Two coat's over one coat of red oxide, the rate includes cost and conveyance of all materials, brushes, all labour charges, all leads & lifts, etc., complete for finished item of work and as directed by the Engineer in charge. Painting on iron works with synthetic enamel paint shall be as per APSS 1212, confirming to IS 2074:2015 for zinc chrome red oxide primer paint, primer paint work as per APSS 1207. Synthetic enamel paintconfirming to IS 2932:2013 and painting with synthetic enamel as per APSS 1212.
