Serial01- Sweeping and cleaning of NKDA Community Centre-I, Action Area-IC, New Town, Kolkata for 02 (two) Years

(a) Daily Sweeping and Cleaning of all floor, lobby, stair (Tread/raiser) of Community Centre-I by using Mechanised floor cleaner with liquied soap & moping pad for cleaning of floor, stairs and disposed of the rubbish to the nearer dusbin etc with the entire satisfaction of the EIC. (b) Cleaning of wall, ceiling, glass panes, sofa set, door & window etc of the room, lobby, lift hall, kitchen etc properly once in a week with entire satisfaction of the EIC. (c) Cleaning Compound premises and roof of the building of shrubs, jungles dust etc including sweeping, brushing with supply of required materials at Agency s own cost twice in a week with the entire satisfaction of the EIC.

Maintenance of Toilet Block both male and Female Block by washing the floors twice daily with water mixed with liquid soap and surface disinfactant of approved brand & make ( Lygol, phenyile Neemaile etc) & mopping the same in proper manner to make it clean and dry, wasing urinals, squatting plates, water closets, basins, partition walls etc twice daily with herpic or other similar chemical of approved brand, proving Naptholine balls/cake at Uninal, Squatting plate and Basins while Herpic cake at the flushing Cistern, hanging one air freshner bag (Odinil or other similar product) once in each toilet Block and to be enganged in every 7 days and also cleaning & washing the entire Toilet Blocks including inner walls ceilling etc by engaging specialized Toilet Cleaner provider like Urban Company etc. Once in every month complete.
