S&F of hangers 6mm dia G.I (upto 1200mm length) adjustable level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI falt 40 x 3mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasterners 12.5mm dia, 40mm long complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Gypsum board 12mm thick in ceiling fixed with screws to aluminium snap grid (frame of size 605mm x 605mm) as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on wall, ceiling, roof etc incl raking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.
