1.Outsourcing management for Running / maintenance 10 LGPD Army filtration plant at filtration plant (Comprising the components detailed below) including operating of water supply valves, clerifire , flocculator , alum dossing system , back wash pump system , LT pannel Boards , air compressor, 40HP Pump Motor set - 2Nos, including all Filtration System, removing sluge , fungus etc and cleaning of surrounding area inside filtration plant, for continuous operation with One Operator per shift of 08 hours in 03 Shift of a day (including Sunday & holiday) all as specified and directed by Engr -in-charge :-

Note :-(i) Operator will responsible for the day to Day reading for total running of plants and its connected equipment's will be maintained by the Operator as per direction of Engr -in-charge.Record for the same will maintained IN DAILY LOG SHEET and submit to Engr -in-charge when ever asked for inspection. (a) Centrifugal Pump Sets of Cap 40 HP- 2 Nos (b) Reduction Gear Boxes-05 Nos (c) Electric Motor control panels cubical type in Filtration plant - 05 nos (c) Alum Dosing System. (e) Air Blower (d) Cleaning of grass/tree branches etc in installation area will maintain by Operator.(h) Contractor must provided broom,tree cutting tools,branch cutting tool and any other cleanning tools etc .these item cost included in Operator quotated rate. (ii) Operations/Maintenance/Cleaning of following equipment's of 10 LGPD Army filtration plant and its connected work carried out by the Operator (e) Cascade Aerator (f) Raw water channel from aerator to inlet chamber (g) Inlet chamber (h) Raw water channel from inlet chamber to flush mixer (j) Flush mixer ( k) pipe line from flash mixer to clariflocculator (l) Clariflocculator (m) Drain sump with two Nos non clog sewage pump and connected accessories (o) Channel from clariflocculator to filter plant (p) Rapid sand filter bed - 02 Nos (i) Clear water channel (q) Contractor should provide safety shoes, all necessary tools ,torch, Rain coat etc. (r) Chlorine gas/chemical (Alum) will be provided by the department.

2.Outsourcing management for Running / maintenance 08 LGPD water filtration plant no 3 & Navy pump House (Comprising the components detailed below) including operating of water supply valves, clarifire , floculator , alum dossing system , back wash pump system , LT pannel Boards , air compressor- 2 Nos , 20HP Submersible Pump Motor set - 1Nos,04 nos Centrifugal Pump set of Cap 75 HP, including all Filtration System, removing sluge , fungus Etc. and cleaning surrounding area inside filtration plant, for continuous operation with One Operator per shift of 08 hours in 03 Shift in a day (including Sunday & holiday) all as specified and directed by Engg -in-charge :-

3.Outsourcing management for Running / maintenance of Swimming Pool (Comprising the components detailed below) including operating of water supply valves, filtration tank of Cap. 30000GPH, filling of balacing tank with operating of borewell located in AGE E/M Yard of cap. 40HP submersible pump set No-1 , LT pannel Boards, centrifugal Pump Sets of Cap. 10Hp - 2 Nos , Air Blower Of Cap. 7.5 HP- 1 Nos including all Filtration System, back wash , removing dirt , operating of chlorination plant for maintaing proper chlorination as per the WHO Norms., and checking of TDS & PH , Etc. and cleaning surrounding area inside filtration plant, for continuous operation with One Operator per shift of 08 hours (TWO SHIFT PER DAY) (including Sunday & holiday) all as specified and directed by Engr -in-charge :-

4.Outsourcing management for Running / maintenance of Under ground Sump of Cap.1.5 lacs Gln (Comprising the components detailed below) including operating of Centrigual Pump Sets of Cap 20Hp - 3 Nos, water supply valves, LT pannel Boards , 20HP Submersible Pump Motor set - 1Nos near MAP Qtrs, including all Storage System, checking of cleaning surrounding area inside MAP Pump House and Opening of supply of MAP OHT as per time stipulated by Department for continuous operation with One Operator per shift of 08 hours in a day (TWO SHIFT PER DAY) (including Sunday & holiday) all as specified and directed by Engr -in-charge :-

Note :- Operator will responsible for the day to Day reading for total running of plants and its connected equipment's will be maintained by the Operator as per direction of Engr -in-charge.Record for the same will maintained IN DAILY LOG SHEET and submit to Engr -in-charge when ever asked for inspection. (e) Contractor must provided broom,tree cutting tools,branch cutting tool and any other cleanning tools etc .these item cost included in Operator quotated rate. (ii) Operations/Maintenance/Cleaning of following equipment's of UG sump and its connected work carried out by the Operator (f) Contractor should provide safety shoes, all necessary tools , Necessary Nut Bolts ,torch, Rain coat.

5.Outsourcing management for Running / maintenance of Under ground Sump of Cap.0.5lacs Gln (Comprising the components detailed below) including operating of Centrigual Pump Sets of Cap. 25HP-2Nos , water supply valves, LT pannel Boards at BG Lines, including all Storage System, checking of Chlorination and cleaning surrounding area inside BG Line Pump House and Opening of supply of OHT of Cap 0.25Lacs Gln as time stipulated by Department for continuous operation with One Operator per shift of 08 hours in a day (TWO SHIFT PER DAY) (including Sunday &holiday) all as specified and directed by Engr -in-charge :-

(f) Contractor should provide safety shoes, all necessary tools ,torch, Rain coat etc.

6.Outsourcing management for Running / maintenance of Under ground Sump of Cap.1.0lacs Gln (Comprising the components detailed below) including operating of Centrigual Pump Sets of Cap. 60HP-1Nos and 30HP - 1Nos, water supply valves, LT pannel Boards at OLD PUMP HOUSE, including all Storage System, checking of Chlorination and cleaning surrounding area inside Old Pump House and Opening of supply of OHT No-1 of Cap 1.5Lacs Gln as time stipulated by Department for continuous operation with One Operator per shift of 08 hours in a day (TWO SHIFT PER DAY) (including Sunday & holiday) all as specified and directed by Engr -in-charge

Note :- Operator will responsible for the day to Day reading for total running of plants and its connected equipment's will be maintained by the Operator as per direction of Engr -in-charge.Record for the same will maintained IN DAILY LOG SHEET and submit to Engr -in-charge. when ever asked for inspection. (a) Electric Motor control panels cubical type - 01 nos (b) Centrifugal Pump Sets 60 HP- 2Nos (c) Supply of water from OHT No.1 ,OHT No.2 & OHT No.3 to be made to the user as time stipulated by Department (d) Cleaning of grass/tree branches etc in installation area will maintain by Operator. (ii) Operations/Maintenance/Cleaning of following equipment's of old Pump house and its connected work carried out by the Operator (e) Contractor should provide safety shoes, all necessary tools , Gland rope , Grease , Necessary Nut Bolts ,torch, Rain coat,chlorine test kit to maintain the records. . (f) Contractor must provided broom,tree cutting tools,branch cutting tool and any other cleanning tools etc .these item cost included in Operator quotated rate.

7.Outsourcing management for Running / maintenance of MH sub Station including operating of 62.5 KVA DG set at MH , LT panel board etc stipulated by Department for continuous operation with One Operator per shift of 08 hours in a day (THREE SHIFT PER DAY) (including Sunday & holiday) all as specified and directed by Engr -in-charge :-

Note :- Operator will responsible for the day to Day reading for LT panel board and its connected equipment's will be maintained by the Operator as per direction of engg -in-charge.Record for the same will maintained IN DAILY LOG SHEET and submit to Engr -in-charge when ever asked for inspection. (a) LT panel Board (b) DG set of Cap 62.5 KVA -01 Nos (c) Cleaning of grass/tree branches etc in installation area will maintain by Operator. . (d) Contractor must provided broom,tree cutting tools,branch cutting tool and any other cleanning tools etc .these item cost included in Operator quotated rate. (e) Contractor should provide safety shoes, all necessary tools ,torch, Rain coat etc. (f) POL will be provided by the department based on its requirement.

8.Outsourcing management for Electrical maintenance of Water supply Installations & MH Sub Stn, One Electrician per Shift of 08 Hrs in a day (TWO SHIFT PER DAY) (Comprising the Following Installation ) (a) Army Filtration plant (b) Air force Filtration plant (c) Navy Filtration plant (d) Air Force Raw water pump house (e) Main Pump house (f) Navy Pump house (g) Old pump house (h) BG pump house (j) Swimming Pool (k) Map pump house (l) All Sewage Installation (m) MH sub station & MH Area (including Sunday & holiday) all as specified and directed by Engr -in-charge :-

Note :- Electrician will responsible for daily checking of electrical panel/motor connection & other electrical asset pertain to pump house/sewage installation, swimming pool& MH Sub division. Record for the same will maintained IN DAILY LOG SHEET and submit to Engr -in-charge when ever asked for inspection. (a) Contractor must provided electric tool such as shockproof gloves ,shoes,multimeter ,crimpping tools,cutting plier,etc to each electrician .These item cost included in electrician quotated rate.

Hiring of resource for management for Runing/maintenance of Sewage Installation i.e. New Lines MAP line Dogra lines operator per shift pf hours in a day (ONE hrs in SHIFT PER DAY) and outsources management for running/maintenance of Sewage installation i.e. MAHAR OTM ACCN OTM NO- 1 Near Firing Range One Operator per shift of 08 hrs in a day ( ONE SHIFT PER DAY) (Comprising the components detailed below) including operating of Non Clog type Sewage Pump set , water supply vlaves, LT pannels Boards at said Locations, (including sunday & holiday) all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge:-

Note :- Operator will responsible for the day to day reading go total running of plants and its connected equipments will be maintained by the operator as per direction of Engr-in-charge. Record for the same wil maintained IN DAILY LOG SHEET and submit to Engr-in-charge when ever asked for inspection. (a) Electric Motor Control panels cubical type -01 nos at each installation. (b) Non Clog Pump Sets -10 Nos (c) Cleaning fograss/tree branches etc in installation area will maintain by operator. (d) Contractor must provided broom, tree cutting tools, and any other cleaning tools etc these item cost included in operator quoted rate. (ii) Operations/maintenance /cleaning of following equipments of Sewage installation and its connected work carried out by the contractor (e) Contractor should provide safety shoes, all necessary tools, torch, Rain coat etc.

Notes for Item No 1 to 9 (i) Necessary weekly off will be given to manpower employed for this schedule as per existing rules and regulation of state /central govt. and necessary replacement will be provided by the contractor. Rates quoted for this schedule shall deemed to be included this provision. (ii) In case absence of any operator/ workmen from any shift will be penalized with a penalty of double the rate quoted by the contractor in addition to the shift not taken in to consideration for payment. (iii) Operator wanting leave will get it sanctioned before proceeding on leave along with the name of individual who will be performing his duty/shift in his absence. No replacement of operator/workmen without the knowledge of department will be allowed. (iv) The contractor shall not pay wages lower than minimum wages for labour as fixed by Govt of India / State Govt. / Union Territory (Whichever is higher) under Minimum Wages Act or Contract Labour (Abolition and Regulation Act). . (v) Muster roll, duty roster and other requisite registers will be maintained by contractor and get it signed by concerned JE on daily basis and same shall be submitted monthly to accepting officer for inspection. (vi) Qualification, duty and shift timing of man power employed will be as per particular specifications to the tender documents. (vii) Contractor special attention is invited that payment of operator / labour shall be made only through Account payee cheque and same shall be deposited in Adhar link account of operator / labour. Documentary evidence for the same shall be submitted to Engineer -in-Charge before payment of RAR / Final bill.
