Taking down cement plaster on brick, PCC block or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing downwith water, etc. and removing rubbish outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement sand mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work, PCC block masonry or concrete surfaces, mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions. (Note:- Supply only Integral water proofing compound will be measured and paid seperately)

Supply only integral water proofing compound.

M&L for crack repairing in walls & similar surfaces for cracks n exc 5mm wide using crack filling material of Dr Fixit Crack-X or equivalent with average coverage of 25-30 Rm per kg for a depth of 5mm & width of 5mm.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment & preparation of old decorated roof top surfaces, plinth/Hardstanding, track etc by Vaccum Based sanding machine and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint over one coat of primer by Auto Roller in camouflage pattern as approved by the GE, all as specified and directed using any one of following material :- Make Brand Nerolac Suraksha Asian ACE Berger Walmasta

M&L for preparation of old painted sufaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint on steel and iron surfaces on roof coverings and steel surface of any description in camouflage pattern (as approved by GE), complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering Including taking down of any description plaster 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 in single coat and incl mixing of plasticizer (Supercon-100) (200 ml per bag of cement) & fibre mesh 125 gm per bag in the mortar including curing etc complete.

M&L writing letters or figures (block roman) italic or indian not exceeding 30 cm high and 3 cm in width complete all as specified.

M&L writing Stops, commas, short lines, dashes, hyphens, brackets etc complete all as specified.
