RAMANUJAN HOSTEL: 213 Rooms, Kitchen, Dining Hall, surface drains of and toilets. Frequency in Month: Eight (8) times including in and around drains, roofs and common areas (stair cases, lobby etc.).

TAGORE HOSTEL: 107 Rooms, Kitchen, Dining Hall, surface drains and toilets. Frequency in Month: Eight (8) times including in and around drains, roofs and common areas (stair cases, lobby etc.).

ANNEX HOSTEL: 147 Rooms, surface drains and toilets. Frequency in Month: Eight (8) times including in and around drains, roofs and common areas (stair cases, lobby etc.).

VLMP HOSTEL: 24 Rooms, surface drains and toilets. Frequency in Month: Eight (8) times including in and around drains, roofs and common areas (stair cases, lobby etc.).

NEW HOSTEL: 170 Rooms, Kitchen, Dining Hall including surface drains of all hostels and toilets. Frequency in Month: Eight (8) times including in and around drains, roofs and common areas (stair cases, lobby etc.).

LVH (‘B’ WING & ‘C’ WING): 370 Rooms Kitchen and Dining Hall including surface drains of all hostels and toilets. Frequency in Month: Eight (8) times including in and around drains, roofs and common areas (stair cases, lobby etc.).

MDC (MBA-Ex Hostel): Total 57 rooms and Toilets Frequency in Month: Eight (8) times including in and around drains.

ADMINISTRATIVE BUILDING: Ground Floor 10 Rooms and Toilets 1st Floor – 10 Rooms and Toilets 2ndFloor – 2 Halls and Toilets 3rdFloor – 10 Rooms and Toilets Frequency in Month: Four (4) times including in and around drains, roofs and common areas (stair cases, lobby etc.).

ACADEMIC BUILDING: A-Block – 30 Rooms, Reception (1 Room) and all toilets : Lecture Hall B-Block - 30 Rooms and Toilets. Gallery – L -1, L-2, L-3 & L-4 C-Block – 27 Rooms and Toilets Frequency in Month: Four (4) times including in and around drains, roofs and common areas (stair cases, lobby etc.).

NEW ACADEMIC BUILDING (NAB): Total building area comprising of K, L, M, N and P Blocks and Toilets including all floors. Frequency in Month: Four (4) times including in and around drains, roofs and common areas (stair cases, lobby etc.).

AMPHITHEATRE BUILDING: Total building area comprising of 05 (Five) classrooms and Toilets Frequency in Month: Four (4) times including in and around drains, roofs and common areas (stair cases, lobby etc.).

NEW FACULTY BUILDING : NF-I - 8 Flats NF-II - 8 Flats) NF- III - 24 Flats Frequency in Month: Four (4) times including in and around drains, roofs and common areas (stair cases, lobby etc.).

STAFF CANTEEN: Surrounding four sides of the building and all surface drains and toilets. Frequency in Month: Four (4) times including in and around drains, roofs and common areas (stair cases, lobby etc.).

ENGINEERING DIVISION: 10 Office Rooms and Toilets Frequency in Month: Four (4) times including in and around drains, roofs and common areas (stair cases, lobby etc.).

POWER HOUSE (New): 10 Office Rooms and Toilets Frequency in Month: Four (4) times including in and around drains, roofs and common areas (stair cases, lobby etc.).

SECURITY OFFICE: 4 Rooms and Toilets Frequency in Month: Four (4) times including in and around drains, roofs and common areas (stair cases, lobby etc.).

COMPUTER CENTRE: Ground Floor – 6 Rooms, 1 Hall and Toilets. Frequency in Month: Four (4) times including in and around drains, roofs and common areas (stair cases, lobby etc.).

NEW TEACHING BLOCK: 89 Rooms, 1 Hall and Toilets Frequency in Month: Four (4) times including in and around drains, roofs and common areas (stair cases, lobby etc.).

RESIDENTIAL STAFF QUARTERS: Medical Unit: B-Type 1 & 2 (8 Flats) including all surface drains. C-Type 1 - 6 Flats including all surface drains. D-Type 1, 2, 3 & 4 - 24 Flats including all surface drains. E-Type 1, 2, 3 & 4 - 24 Flats including all surface drains. F-Type 1, 2 & 3 - 36 Flats including all surface drains. (B) TERMITE TREATMENT (AS PER REQUIREMENT OF THE INSTITUTE):

With Drilling: 2 years warranty (Initial through treatment followed by quarterly inspection visit for 1st year thereafter yearly inspection visit. RATE PER SQ. FT. TO BE PROVIDED FOR TERMITE TREATEMENT.

Without Drilling: RATE PER SQ. FT. TO BE PROVIDED FOR TERMITE TREATEMENT.

(C) Thermal Fogging/Smoking: Only at the outside areas as per requirement
