M & L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregates) as in Sub Base and finishing the surface fair and even with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 80 mm thick, machine made, Ist quality, precast cement concrete rubber moulded coloured interlocking paver blocks / tiles of triangular / zigzag / hexagonal / I in shape or shape and designe as approved with grey cement and pigment conforming to IS-15658-2006, M-40 grade laid over complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of Fine aggregates for sand cushioning below interlocking tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for factory made precast machine pressed kerb stones of size 300x300x100 mm PCC grade M-15 (design mix) and of shape and size as directed, set and joiunted & pointed in cement sand mortar (1:4) fixed in repairs with and including demolition of the same complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete louvres and jallies 25 mm thick(measured solid) using type B-0 1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded aggregate) set in CM 1:4 including all mouldings complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling of any description and in any position including cement mortar bedding (but not backing and S & F Glazed Ceramic tiles of 300x450mm size and 6-7 mm thick on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados and risers to steps etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the colour of tiles over and including 10 mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description and in any position of brick/concrete surfaces on walls / celing etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc & prepared to receive new plaster and disposing off the rubbish off the premises of cantonment complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions) finished even and smooth without using extra cement and including preparation of new plastered surfaces on walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over alkalai resistant and a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately under appropriate item of Sch 'A' as "supply only")

M&L for Cutting holes into or through PCC Block /RCC walls built in cement mortar and making good in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-l as required superficial area exc 150 Sqcm but not exc 400 Sqcm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25mm thick, PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 (using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregated) as in padding for roof/floor and finishing the surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and direccted.

M&L for Cutting grooves in brick wall, 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3 to ends of landings, steps, cills sunshades, shelves lintels etc complete all as specified and directed .

Taking down existing chowkats or frames of any description and in any position from the opening of size exceeding 1.50 sqm but not exceeding 4 sqm each with shutter i.e. without taking off shutter from the frames complete all as specified and directed.

S & F solid PVC door frame of size 50 mm x 47 mm made out of 5 mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube, supplying and fixing in the opening as per the specifications and drawing mentioned in section 8 of SSR-II complete all as specified and directed.

S & F butt hinges 100 mm long stainless steel medium weight and fixed to wooden or PVC frame with stainless stell screws complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing the existing surface by cleaning thoroughly to make it smooth and free from any foreign matter such as fungus, moss, dust etc by wire brushing and dusting and applying a coat of bitumenious primer conforming to IS:3384-1986 @ 0.30 Litre/Sqm and then pressing & laying 3mm thick Atactic Polypropylene Polymer (APP) modified prefabricated with non woven polyster reinforcement five layer water proofing membrene weighing not less than 3.60 Kg/Sqm comprising of centre core of 160 -170 gsm non-woven polyster matt sandwitched on both sides by APP polymer modified bitumen duly protected on both sides by 20 micron HMHDPE film by torch on application with gas welding torch (Butane Torch), and thereover applying a tack coat of 85/25 blown grade bitumen conforming to IS:702 @ 1.20Kg/Sqm and finish the top surfaces with aluminium paint (Super Silver Shield) @ 0.150 Ltr/Sqm complete all as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The WPT work shall be executed through manufacturer's authorised applicator only under strict supervision of Manufacturers technical representatives.

S & F factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails, M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20 mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and both side prelam PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; panelling of both side prelam coloured PVC sheet 5 mm thickness to be fitted in M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles and rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and joined together with solvent cement as per the specifications and drawing mentioned in section 8 of SSR-II complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The retreived materials have been mentioned in the Sch of credit in the tender documents in pdf form. The amount of Sch of credit will be deducted offline from the amount of BOQ at the time of acceptance.
