M& L for asbestos cement 6 mm thick corrogated or semi-corrugated sheets in roofs fixed with l-type or j-type or cranked hook bolts etc complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded agg) in, copings, kneelers, apex stones etc including weathering, slighly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified & as directed.

Dismantliing of structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete block masonary walling with solid blocks of PCC (1:5:8) (20mm graded aggregates), exc 10cm in width and setting in CM (1:6) complete all as specified & as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any descreption and in any position of brick or concrete surfaces & racking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for 10mm thick cement palster in CM (1:6) and 5mm thick plastering in cement mortar (1:4) with using WPC @ 3% of cement incl finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & as directed. (Note: WPC shall be measured and paid saparately).

S & F Steel rolling shutters of thickness 1.25 mm, with ball bearing as specified including top cover, anchoring rod, MS Spring, gear set, hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer, erected in position as indicated, complete : Push Pull or manual type including Safety lever locks mild steel with 4 levers for rolling shutter complete all as specified & as directed.

M & L for repairs and servicing of rolling shutters and removing of worn out components wherever required such as hood covers, laths, ball bearings, helical wire springs, lock plates, bracket plate, shaft pipe and straightening of existing guide channels, gear boxes, laths, hood cover at required places including greasing and welding and refixing in the same opening for smooth functioning and making good the disturbed surfaces of walls to match with existing complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge (NOTE: (i) Quoted rate is inclusive for replacement all minor spare parts as required and supply of major spare part such as MS Spring, ball bearings, laths, shaft pipe, gear set required for replacement will be measured and paid separetaly under relevant items)
