Dismantling the components of Reverse Osmosis Plant and checking the serviceability of Plant, including taking out rubber bushes, fittings, low/ high pressure motor pumps and re fixing the same, after necessary repairs and replacement of unserviceable parts complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Replacement of defective items shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items.

Cleaning of PVC water tank of capacity 10000 litres, using bleaching powder, scrubbing of inner surface of tanks by means of wire brush for removing all scale/ fungus formed and other foreign particles and washing complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Unit rate quoted shall include the cost of dismantling and refixing all fitting/ fixtures inside and out side tank for effective cleaning.

Supply and fix in repairs, multi port valve of 5.0 kg pressure rating for RO plant complete all as specified and as directed.

Dewatering the existing OH reservoir of 50000 gallons capacity 18 meter staging and cleaning the internal surface of sump for removing scales, fungus, mud and other foreign material, scrubbing with water using wire brush and watering the surfaces with mixture of bleaching powder and water, finally washing with fresh water and treating with one coat of lime wash to internal wall and bottom surfaces etc. complete for one time, writing in synthetic enamel paint in block capital letters as cleaned on (date) and due (date) etc, height not less than 5.0 cm complete at visible place complete all as specified and as directed.

Description all as per Srl Item No. 37 here in before but OH reservoir, 18 metres staging of capacity 40000 gallons.

Note for Item Nos 37 to 39 . :- The unit rate quoted shall be deemed to include for:- (a) All the inlet/ overflow/ out let connection shall be cleaned and made rust free and any leakages in joints shall be made good. (b) The water available in the OH Reservoir shall be bailed out at the nearest open drain available. (c) 250 gram of bleaching powder to be used for every 10 litres of fresh water. (d) Any damage caused during cleaning, of the existing assets/ parts shall be made good by the contractor at his own cost. (e) The quoted rate shall be deemed for include for scaffolding temporary arrangement of ladders etc. for these purposes and safety measure for workers for working and while working shall be provided by contractor.

Preventive maintenance of electronic liquid Chlorine dosing plant for water disinfactant of cap upto 6 LPH any make including checking serviceability of injector , valves , discharge and suction tube , knob for speed/stroke complete all as specified and directed by EIC

Testing of drining water collected from local source (Bore Wells/UG Sumps /RO Plants in the area of AGE E/M (AF) Naliya, and submission of detailed test report to the office of Engineer-in-Charge. (i) Carrying out minimum essential testing of water as per IS 10500-2012 mandatory for chemical colour, odour, taste, turbidity, PH value, TDS total hardness, iron, chloride, fluoride and residual free chlorine and Bacteriological total coliform organisms per 100 ml (MPN) and E Coli in 100 ml) with specific recommendation regarding suitability of water for drinking purposes. (ii) Collection of water from[ different sources of water ie. Sump, bore wells & shallow well in a sterilized bottle and testing in NABL Approved laboratory as mentioned in specification Note :- Rate Quoted shall also deemed to be included for the followings:- (i) Cost of sterilized bottle as required. (ii) To and fro transportation charges for collection of samples from source (sump, bore & shallow wells)

Carrying samples for testing of treated water of STP and submission of detailed test report to the office of the Engr-in-charge and testing in NABL approved laboratory as approved by GE (a) Carrying out minimum essential testing of water as per IS 10500-1991 mandatory for chemical, odour, PH Value TSS, BOD COD residual chlorine total nitrogen, sulphate, oil and grease ammonical Nitrogen (NH3-N) and Bacteriological total collifrom organisms per 100 Ml (MPN) and E colilie in 100 ml Note - rate quoted shall deemed to be included for :- (i) Cost of sterilised bottle as required (ii) To and from transportation charges for collection of sample

Periodical Cleaning of Sewage and Removing of settle down Sewage sludge cum mud/De-Silting etc. all as required at site and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge at STP/Sewage well for Equalization tank of up to capacity 500 CUM by following method- (a) Cleaning inner surface of tank complete by scraping with steel wire brush and and removing mud and sludge collected inside the tank manually at a distance not exceeding 50 mtr all as directed by engr-in charge (b) Washing with clean water and bleaching powder mixture throughly complete tank internally and removel of left out sludge if any at site at a distance not exceeding 50mtr all as directed by engr-in-charge

Periodical Cleaning of Sewage well (Collection tank) of size 6m dia and 7.5m deep and Removing of settle down Sewage sludge cum mud/De-Silting etc. all as required at site and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge . Note for Srl No item No 67 & 68 above are as under :- (a) Diesel Driven Pump Set of appropriate capacity not less than 5/7.5 HP with operator including necessary POL required at site for De- Watering of Sewage septic water including PVC heavy duty flexible hose pipe for suction and delivery purposes (b) Tractor mounted septic storage tank of appropriate capacity not less than 1 KL with driver directly collected from the soak well and disposing the same to the location where approved by the Station. (c ) Sewage Sludge disposable tractor/truck with driver and POL required for the same (duly covered with necessary tarpaline ) and disposing the same to the location where approved by the Station. (d) Labour element and T&P required for removal of settled down sewage sludge/mud inside the sewage tank for scooping out from inside and below the septic/staining sewage water inside the well and lifting the same and deposited on top and near by the sewage tank where directed and further to removal the same where approved by the station. (e ) Appropriate qty of Phenyle required at site for Sterilization of sewage sludge being collected in the Sewage tank and all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (f) Necessary Oxygen Mask, Gloves, Gum Boot and all other safety aspects and including necessary Phawda, Steel Bucket, Manila rope etc. required at site and all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for cleaning of treated water tank of storage capacity of water 1.00 Lakh Gallon, by removing mud, grits etc from the tank, all as specified and directed at site. Note items for Srl Item No 70. (a) Cleaning inner surface of tank complete by scraping with steel wire brush and and removing mud and sludge collected inside the tank manually at a distance not exceeding 50 mtr all as directed by engr-in charge (b) Washing with clean water and bleaching powder mixture throughly complete tank internally and removel of left out sludge if any at site at a distance not exceeding 50mtr all as directed by engr-in-charge

Supply only of sodium hypo choloride having 10 % content

Supply & pouring Compressor Oil in air blower at STP as directed by EIC.

Clear site from all rubbish, cut down shrubs, under growth and small trees not exceeding 600mm girth, grub up roots and burn or remove from site all as directed.

Material and labour for removing old paint by paint removers or burning off by blow lamps and cleaning with scrapers, any number of coats, any width or girth from the existing surface of the STP Installation , complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for painting to existing surcface of STP Installation network by using spray gun with one coat of red oxide and two coat of synthetic enamel paints as per existing colour of any size/shape, using any type of colour required (as per exisitng) at site and directed.
