SoW: Renewal of Pumps Control panels and Compressors Control Panels: The complete SoW is to be carriedout as per the following.

Installation of new pump control panels and compressors control panels onboard. Total -17 nos

Drilling of gland holes as per the suitable cable gland size on the motor control panels base plate.

Connectorisation of cables inside the control panel through suitable SS cable glands. (Supply of cable glands under contractor scope)

Termination of the cables on both sides i.e. inside the control panel and also at Motor side with suitable cable lugs. (Supply of cable lugs undercontractor scope).

Proving of all the safeties of the control panel for the pumps and compressors.

After completion of the work safisfactory trials to be offered to SS/Naval trial agencies and to liquidate the remarks if any recommended by the Trial team.

14Nos Renewal of Pumps Control Panels: Collection of new pumps control panels from workshop and installation on board with all accessories. Deconnectorisation and connecterisation of cables as per requirement to the new pump motor proving of all safeties the new pumps control panesl with motor and offering of trials to the naval trial agencies and to liquidate the remarks of trials team, if any along with supply of new SS cable glands and glanding hole on base plate. & 03Nos Renewal of Compressors control panels: New compressors control panels to be collected from workshop and shifted to on board for installation with all accessories. connectorisation of cable to panel along with removal of old connections of panels proving of the safeties of the compressors post fitment of control panel and offer trials to navel trial agencies and liquidate the remarks if any along wiht supply of new SS cable glands and glanding holes on the base plate.

Consumables / Components / Items / Material: For executing of the above mentioned jobs, Contractor has to procure, supply all items and fitted in its place. Contractor has to quote lumpsum cost for required Consumables / Components / Items / Material mentioned at S.Nos. 1 to 8 for above scope of work. The taxes will be paid as per actuals. The cost of spares quoted by the contractor will be considered " on not exceeding basis of total lumpsum cost mentioned in the BOQ for this line item'' for satisfactory completion of the specified SoW. Payment will be made at actuals on not exceeding quoted cost of this Serial (9) against third party/OEM invoice.
