10 Providing & Fixing Frameless Glass Partition

Supply, installation and fixing 10 mm thick Toughened Glass (Glass Make:-

Saint Gobain) partitions upto 3.50 M with proper machine edge finish in angle

& fixed in the flooring with powdered coated Aluminium 'U' channel & flushed

with the ceiling. Glass panels to be formed as per approved modules 10 mm

thick clear toughened glass edge polished and accurate designed holes to be

installed by means of steel angle or spider fittings of an approved make Saint

Gobain or equivalent. The bottom portion of approx. 300 mm of glass shall be

Frosted Etched. M.S Brackets to support the structure system shall be hot mtr. Sq. 4.5 Quoted/UnQuoted Quoted/UnQuoted

dipped galvanized or shall be of SS 304 and slots in the brackets to be pre

drilled not flame cut. All bolts, nuts, washers shall be 300 series non-magnetic

stainless steel and lock washers to be provided at all bolting connections. All

anchor fasteners shall be of Hilti/Fisher make. All structural silicone shall be of

Dow Corning make. The Rates includes all material, Labour, Wastages, Cost of

scaffolding, fixing & finishing with frosted design film etc. Complete. Etched

area shall be max. 25% of total area of glass.

20 Providing & Fixing Wooden Storage

Providing & fabricating wooden storage formed out of 16 mm thick High

density High Moisture resistance (HDHMR) Wooden board finished in 1mm

thick approved laminate consisting of storage with shutter & 1mm thick

approved laminate inside. The shutter of the storage shall be formed out of

mm thick HDHMR finished in 1mm thick approved laminate on the external

side mounted over spring loaded auto closing hinges of approved make, tower

bolt including LED lighting with limit switches and also including necessary

hardware and SS channels of Sleek or Hattich Make or equivalent.. The Storage

to accommodate Shelves made of 16 mm thk HDHMR finished with approved

laminate. The exposed edges of the storage shall be lipped using approved

mtr. Cu. 13 Quoted/UnQuoted Quoted/UnQuoted

timber beading formed to shape melamine polished, complete as per

instructions of E.I.C

Storage to be complete with hardware installed as directed to consist of the

following. Shutter to have auto-closing spring loaded hinge of approved make

installed strictly as per manufacturer’s guidelines. All necessary tools should be

strictly used for correct installation of hinges. Each set of shutters to be

provided with 1 Nos. chrome finished multi-purpose lock of approved make,

75mm medium sized stainless steel tower bolt, 1 Nos. heavy duty SS ball catch,

100mm C type brushed SS handle. No separate payment will be made for LED

lighting arrangement inside shelf.

30 Providing & installation of Aluminium Kitchen Storage Units

Supply and Installation of kitchen cabinet units made out of extruded built up

standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections or any other section of

alumium as per site requirement of "Jindal Aluminum Limited" or any other

equivalent brand anodized with 8 micron thick hard coating (approved color)

including fixing with screws or with fixing clips, or with expansion hold

fasteners for fixing of vertical & horizontal sections. Also including fixing of

hinges/pivots for shutter. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free

straight, metered and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat

angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / panelling, C.P. brass/ stainless

steel screws all complete as per instruction of EIC.

Providing and fixing 4 mm thick pre laminated Aluminum Sheet in panelling

fixed in aluminum frames with C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws etc. complete

mtr. Cu. 3 Quoted/UnQuoted Quoted/UnQuoted

as per directions of engineer-in-charge.

Each shutter shall be fixed to the framework (75 mm x 18 mm section) using

two numbers of best quality EURO type Slip/Auto Hinges (Ebco, Hettich, Hafele

or approved Equivalent make ) and provided with approved quality and profile

brush finished Stainless Steel (SS) handle (hettich, hafele etc.) of grade

(minimum 150 mm long). Baskets/accessories (Hettich,Ebco,Hafele or

approved equivalent make) shall be mounted on approved quality, high

precision telescopic channels/slides having minimum weight carrying capacity

of 45 kg (Ebco,Hettich,Hafele or approved equivalent make) to be designed as

per drawer size and to meet the weight requirement and provided with

approved quality 150 mm size SS handles of grade 304.Drawers are to be

designed as Cutlery basket, Fixed basket & Plate basket as per instructions of
