CLEAN MAIN SWITCH BOARD AND CHECK VARIOUS SAFETIES RELAYS. The Main switch boards is to be cleaned. Initial vaccum clean to be carried out. Insulation to be recorded in presents of SS/HSL. All internal and external parts to be wiped out and cleaned free from dust. All electrical contact points to be cleaned by cleaning agent. External marks to be wiped out by soft soap and dry cloth. All internal components must be checked and secured for proper fitments like relay sockets, contactors, other modules etc,. Necessary repairs to be done. All bus bars and cable point's tightness to be checked. "all main circuit breakers contacts to be cleaned" (04 nos.) By zero paper and contact cleaner agents. After completion of work, final insulation to be shown to ship staff/HSL. At no load condition, if insulation is < 100MΩ, necessary job to be carried out for improve the insulations. Satisfactory Trials to be shown to SS / HSL after completion of job. NOTE: Any consumables required to complete the job is vendor scope. ALL CIRCUIT BREAKER OF MAIN ALTERNATOR TO BE OVERHAULED safety protections such as reverse power, short circuit, overload under frequency, over frequency and under voltage trips to be tried out and adjusted. After Calibration trials to be offered to SS / HSL and submit Calibration reports of Breakers along with Calibration Certificate of necessary "Master Calibration kit / Equipment". ( ie. Which equipment is going to be use for Breakers calibration, that equipment Valid calibration certificate also need to attach with reports).

MAIN SWITCH BOARD AND EMERGENCY SWITCH BOARD METERS ARE TO BE CALIBRATED AND CERTIFICATE TO BE GIVEN. The meters are to be calibrated. After completion of calibration all meters should be in working condition. The calibration certificates to be submitted to HSL. Note: The meters, guages to be removed, calibrated and fitted back.Any consumables required to complete the job is vendor scope.

PRESSURE GAUGE, TEMPERATURE GAUGE AND RPM GAUGE OF MAIN MAIN ENGINE AND VARIOUS PUMPS ARE TO BE CALIBRATED AND CERTIFICATE TO BE GIVEN. After completion of calibration all guages should be in working condition. The calibration certificates to be submitted to HSL. Note: The guages are to be removed, calibrated and fitted back.Any consumables required to complete the job is vendor scope.

02 nos. wipers blades damaged ( forward), to be renewed and satisfactory trials to be offered to HSL/SS.
