Demolition of concrete block masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar

M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry (Type C1, 1:3:6, 20mm aggregate) with solid blocks, exc. 10cm in width and setting in cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth in soft/loose soil; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out

M&L plain cement concrete 1:4:8, Type D-2 (using 40mm graded aggregates) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete etc complete all as specified & as directed

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specially provided for as in surface channel.

Dismantling of Barbed wire fencing of any description and in any position complete.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section incl taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground (post embedded in natural ground)

Excavation in post hole for similar holes each n exc 0.50Cum getting out returning filling in and ramming earth around in layers nexc 25 cm watering and removed surplus soil to a distance nexc 50m and making good surface in soft/loose soil.

M & L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling mass concrete complete all as specified

S&F mild steel posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh/welded steel wire fabric etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc, and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165.

S & F in repairs SS concertina coil, dia of wire not less than 2.50mm, coil dia not less than 610mm, zinc coating min 275 gm/RM, weight of coil not less than 1.40Kg/Rm including securing or tying with galvanised mild steel wire staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L rendering 10 mm thick in CM (1:4) on brick work or concrete surfaces mixed with water proofing compound incl chajja, facia etc, finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement mixed with water proofing compound complete all as specified.( WPC measured separately)

M&L for applying two coats of cement base paint on new plastered surfaces of wall over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound conforming to IS: 2645 - 1975 specification complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using 20mm graded crushed stone agg as in coping, benching, holdfast, fixing of fencing post above wall etc,finished even and smooth using extra cement incl necessary form work.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete louvres and jallies, 25mm thick (measured solid) type B0 1:2:4 using 12.5mm aggregate set in cement mortar 1:4, including all mouldings and demolition of old louvers and jallies complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chainlink fencing any size any type etc complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire. complete all as specified and directed.

Restraining & re securing of mild steel barbed wire any type including making good staples etc

S & F galvanised two strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts incl securing or laying at crossing with and provision of mild steel wire staples or steel pins etc.

S & F of mild steel screw bolt (machine made with hexagonal or square head at one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends each screw and to be fitted with washer and one hexagonal or square nut length of bolt n exc 5cm and dia of shank 5 to 10 cm complete.

S & F 10 mm dia & over mild steel round or square bars fixed behind chain link fencing as straining bars etc and similar articles complete as specified.

M & L for preparation of new steel surfaces exc 10cm width or girth and apply one coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete.

M & L for preparation of new steel surfaces n exc 10cm width or girth and apply one coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete.

M&L for manufacturing of ornamental and decorative type steel gate with structural steel conforming to Fe 410-o or 310-O all as specified, revolving on bearing plate including pintal hinges fixed on pillar in PCC blocks of size as required as site , including all locking arrangement, all as per sample approved by the Engr-in-Charge and directed and fixed in position. Note :- 1. Steel gate shall be manufactured as per sample approved by the Engr-in-Charge . Photographs for the samples shall have to be collected by the contractor from the manufacturer of the gates in the area for approval of the Engr-in-charge. The cost of the same shall be deemed to be inclusive in unit rate accordingly.

M&L Granite (of any type) tiles 20mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing laid over 20mm thick screed layer in cement mortar 1:6 and pointed in white cement with pigment to match with colour of tile complete all as specified.

M&L Granite (of any type) tiles 20mm thick machine cut, in skirting/dado laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry, and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing complete laid over 10mm thick screed layer in cement mortar 1:4

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces with smart painting tools complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantiling of stone slabs and tiles (Kota/ Granite stone etc.) of any discription or any thickness in floors, aprons, skirting, dado etc. laid bedded and pointed in any mortar
