(Part-A) Civil and PH Items

Supplying all materials,labour and T&P for constructing Toilet with R.C.C. top slab in (1:1.5:3 ) mix with foundation concrete (1:2:4 ) inside plaster 12mm. thick with cement mortar (1:3) finished with neat cement punning, 12mm. thick out side plaster (1:3),brick work with K.B. bricks with crushing strength not less than 75kg/sqcm. in cement mortar (1:3) finished smooth complete as per specification.

Supplying all materials, labour and T&P for construction of 1.20mtr.dia.x2.55mtr. Deep soak-way pit with dry brick walling up to 2.10mtr. height and bbrick work with cement mortar (1:6) for 0.45mtr. height of wall at top,cement plaster (1:3) inside and outside,inside filled with dry brick khoa of 50mm.to 100mm.size to a height of 2.00mtr.from bottom, covered by means of 40mm.thick R.C.C. perforated slab,50mm.thick R.C.C.well cover in pieces fitted with iron rings including earth work in excavation and refilling of cavity around the pit etc. all complete as per approved design and drawing

Dismantling and removing old tiled flooring including removing the bese coarse and stacking the usefull materials for reuse and removing the debries within 50mtr lead.

Dismantling and removing marble chips dados,skirting from walls including racking out joints 12mm.deep and stacking the usefull materials for reuse and removing the debries within 50mtr lead.

Fixing tiles (marble) in floors,treads of steps and landing on 25mm thick bed of cement mortar (1:1) jointed with neat cement slury mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including rubbing and polishing complete.

Supplying all materials, labour, T&P for fixing tiles in dados skirting and risers of steps on 12mm thicks cement plaster (1:3) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including rubbing and polishing etc. all complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying all materials,labour and T&P for fixing water closet (I.W.C. or Orissa pan) duly embedded in cement concrete (1:3:6) using 12mm. size h.b.g. chips [Excluding foot rest for I.W.C. and trap] all complete as per specification

Supplying all materials,labour and T&P for fixing 10 ltr capacity low level cistern with fitting such as siphonic arrangement,15mm. nominal size PVC ball valve with polythene float chromium plated brass handle, unions and couplings for connection with inlet, outlet and over flow pipes, 40mm.dia. porcelain enamelled flush bend, 12mm. dia. PVC inlet connection pipe including cutting holes and making good the same and connecting the flush bend with cistern and closet and the inlet pipe with supply main etc. all complete as per specification.

Supplying all materials,labour and T&P for fixing 100mmdia "P" trap for water closet including jointing the trap with soil pipe in cement mortar (1:1) etc. all complete as per specification

Fixing wash kitchen sink conforming to IS 2556 : Part 5-1994 with Cast Iron or M S brackets painted white including cutting holes in walls and making good the damages etc all complete as per specification.

(Part-B) Sinking of 125x100mm dia Bore well

Labour for drilling a perfectly vertical bore hole of specified dia & specified depth below ground level through consolidated and unconsolidated rock with down the hole hammer drilling rigs as required to suit the site condition including supply of rigs with its accessories T&P and consumables etc for lowering 200mm dia PVC/G.I pipes for housing fitted with socket and with or with out well screens as per the necessity for the soft medium and hard formation (PVC/G.I) pipe casing if required to prevent 125mm dia casing pipe and collapses of the over burden to be provided by the contractor including lowering and with drawing after completion of the tube well.
