General Conditions of Eligibility
1 It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of KPP Portal on or before the last date and time of bid submission.
2 It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.
3 EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.
4 It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of KPP Portal on or before the last date and time of bid submission.
5 A brief description of the firm/organization and an outline of recent experience on assignments/projects of similar nature executed during the last five years (to be uploaded with online tender, in the format given in Bid Documents)
6 A description of the manner in which Consultants would plan to execute the assignment, work-plan, time schedule and approach or methodology proposed for carrying out the assignment. (to be uploaded with online tender, in the format given in Bid Documents)
7 The composition of the team of personnel which the Consultant would propose to provide and the tasks which would be assigned to each team member. (To be uploaded with online tender, in the format given in Bid Documents)
8 Curricula Vitae of the individual key staff members to be assigned for the assignment and of the team leader who would be responsible for supervision of the team. The curricula Vitae should be signed by the concerned personnel. (To be uploaded with online tender, in the format given in Bid Documents)
9 The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reasons.
10 Professional fees to be quoted by the consultant shall be quoted on lumpsum basis on total amount put to tender of the project.
11 Form of submission of Technical proposal (to be uploaded with online tender, in the format given in Bid Documents), Form of submission of Financial proposal (to be uploaded with online tender, in the format given in Bid Documents) and other formats to be uploaded in the format given in Bid Document.
12 If the GST rates are revised during the contract period, the Tenderer /Employer has to accept the revised GST rates for making payment/ recovery.
13 Conditional tender will not be considered
14 The contractor has to furnish Additional Performance Security Deposit for unbalance tender as per clause 29.1 of ITT, to an amount equal to the difference in contract price and amount put to tender, in addition to 5% performance guarantee (in any of the form prescribed) while concluding the Agreement.
15 Tenderer Must Upload All Required Documents As Per Tender Document.
16 Designs for the work has to be Approved by the Competent Authority.
17 The Tenderer has to visit the project site along with Assistant Executive Engineer, MI and GWDD, Sub-Divison Bidar/Basavakalyan and Enclose the site inspection Report while Applying for this Tender.
18 The tenderer has to quote his rate by excluding GST. However contract will be concluded for the amount (Exclusive of GST) but applicable GST will be paid extra prevailing at the time of execution.
Technical Qualification Criteria
1 Consultant should have minimum experience of last 5 years handling of projects of minimum one similar work of Rs. 3.39 Lakhs for Consultancy Service of Preparation of DPR for tanks projects Past Experience
2 Specific experience of the consultants related to the Assignment as per Bid Document (Page No. 17 to 19) Past Experience
3 The Consultant should have an annual turnover of around Rs. 3.39 Lakhs during any One year from past Five years (2021-22, 2022-23,2023-24,2024-25 and 2025-26) from its own audited financial statements. The Consultant shall enclose copies of the statement of accounts duly certified by a Chartered Accountant along with balance sheet, indicating the total turnover for the previous five financial periods. A statement indicating the net worth of the Consultant (Turnover Certificate) duly certified by a Chartered Accountant along with UDIN Number shall also be enclosed with the tender. Financial Status
