Consumables / Components / Items / Spares / Material: For executing of the above mentioned jobs, Contractor has to procure, supply all items and fitted in its place. Contractor has to quote lumpsum cost for required Consumables / Components / Items / Spares / Material mentioned at S.No 10 of Annexure - A (Terms and Conditions), for the entire SoW, against third party/OEM invoice for all spares supplied for the Scope. The taxes will be paid as per actuals. The cost of spares quoted by the contractor will be considered " on not exceeding basis of total lumpsum cost mentioned in the BOQ for this line item'' for satisfactory completion of the specified SoW. Payment will be made at actuals on not exceeding quoted cost of this Serial (7) against third party/OEM invoice.

SoW for HP AIR SYSTEM: The following Overhauling / repair works are to be carried out on the HP Air system, system to be proved to satisfaction of ship staff / Naval trial agency. All valves, valve chests, reducers, relief valves to be overhauled and pressure tested to the required pressure, satisfactory trails to be shown post overhauling; All Air bottles are to be cleaned, inspected, overhauled, pressure tested to the required pressure and assembled with all mountings post overhauling; All pressure gauges are to be supplied of stainless steel type, glycerin filled and the same to be fixed on a M.S supporting plate fixed to the deck / bulkhead along with suitable pipe lines and adaptors. Welding / cutting of the M.S supporting plate is in contractors scope.The works involves replacing reducer valves, pressure relief valves, pressure gauges, valve spindles etc.,

REMOVE, CLEAN AND PRESSURE TEST FOLLOWING AIR BOTTLES TO 1.5 TIMES OF WORKING PRESSURE: All Air bottels to be buffed, cleaned, inspected, pressure tested to the required pressure and assembled with all mountings post overhauling Replace the defective. ALL SPARES ARE TO BE SUPPLIED BY CONTRACTOR ONLY.

13 IN NUMBER DECK FITTINGS OF LP AIR CONNECTIONS TO BE MANUFACTURED AND REPLACED WITH END FITTINGS. DECK CONNECTION VALVES TO BE RENEWED. TEST PR.- 12 BAR. QTY- CONNECTION PIPES WITH FLANGES- 13, LP AIR VALVES- 13

RENEWAL OF PUMPS: To Remove old pumps along with all accessories including motors, suction and discharge pipe lines and foundations and shift to HSL workshop. To collect new pumps alongwith motors and shifted to onboard and fitted in its respective positions alongwith new vibration mounts. Job includes pressure gauges fitment with panel, system integration activities. Post fitment equipment to be offered to Naval reps for installation inspection. Observations if any brought out by Naval Rep. to be liquidated. Equipment to be proved as per OEM specification. Trials are to be offered to Naval Trial Agency. Defects if any observed by Naval Trial agency to be liquidated and satisfactory trails are to be reoffered. New Pumps & Motors will be supplied by HSL. And New Mounts to supplied by Contractor through NAVY Approved Vendors with Manufacturing test Certificate. Renew all pumps along with motors. Install & commission the new pumps. Performance to be proven to rated parameters.

New Compressors set alongwith motor / engine are to be collected from HSL / SS and shifted to onboard and refitted back in its respective positions alongwith vibration mounts. Satisfactory trials to be shown under supervision of OEM. Job includes system integration activities. Post fitment equipment to be offered to Naval reps for installation inspection. Observations if any brought out by Naval Rep. to be liquidated. Equipment to be proved as per OEM specification. Trials are to be offered to Naval Trial Agency. Defects if any observed by Naval Trial agency to be liquidated and satisfactory trails are to be reoffered.
