Installation & Commissioning Charges
Prices quoted by the bidder shall be firm during the bidder's performance of the contract and not subject to variation on any account.
Rates quoted should be firm, complete and composite for entire duration of contract including extension if any. ONGC shall not pay any charges other than agreed rates.
Freight and transit insurance shall be arranged by contractor. Freight and insurance charges shall be paid at actuals to contractor against documentary evidence limited to the freight and insurance charges quoted by the bidder above
