Auxiliary Engines Major Overhauling to be carried in presence of Wartsila service engineer. Make : WARTSILA-W6L20 D2 4-stroke turbocharged direct fuel injection, non-reversible diesel engine-5x1080kw @1000rpm. Job including calibration of main bearing, conrod bearing, liner and piston rings clearances to be taken with IRS certification, ship supply spares to be renewed as required.all consumables,certified toole and tackles,masuring instruments are in contractor scope. 1) Complete de-carbonisation of all 5 nos auxillary engines, 2) All 05 nos auxiliary engines attached L T pumps to be overhauled, 3) All 05 nos auxillary engines attached H T pumps to be overhauled, 4) All 05 nos auxillary engines attached lube oil pumps to be overhauled, 5) All 05 nos auxillary engines attached lube oil priming pumps to be overhauled, 6) All 05 nos auxillary engines attached turbochargers to be overhauled, 7) All 05 nos auxillary engines individual unit fuel pumps to be overhauled, 8) All 05 nos auxillary engines attached air coolers to be overhauled, 9) All 05 nos auxillary engines attached lube oil coolers to be overhauled, 10) All 05 nos auxillary engines attached governers to be overhauled, 11) All 05 nos auxillary engines air starting motors to be overhauled, 12) All 05 nos auxillary engines starting air line leakages to be rectified, 13) All 05 nos auxillary engines lube oil to be replenished and spare oil to be given for one change, 14) All 05 nos auxillary engines fuel valves to be overhauled, All A/E's major overhaul need to be carried out as ship do not have previous running hrs and last done.major, overhaulling need to be done, as know have previous running hours history also bottom end bolts, TC be a rings need to be renewed (16000hrs routines) E10.1 - 5 nos. AEs ,camshaft bearing bush clearances to be taken bearings renew based on inspection(16000hrly) E10.2 - 5 nos. AEs ,conrod bolts to renewed big end bearings to be renewed as per inspection.(16000hrly) E10.3 - AE #2 shaft seal (v ring) leaking same to renew E10.4 - 5 nos. A/Es fuel pump and fuel valves to be overhauled . Tappets to be set as per manual E10.5 - 5 nos. AEs Woodword Governor (ug-8) to be replaced with overhauled one 12000hrly. E10.6 - Spare governor to be overhauled.723 digital control module on all AEs located in respective control cabinet to be checked for correct functioning rectify defects or replace module. E10.7 - 5 nos. AEs pneumatic control for start and safety devices to be inspected and defects rectified including spares. E10.8 - Complete instrumentation and control system to be checked for flaws and defects rectified alarm/trips to be tested as per makers recommendation. E10.9 - 5 nos. AEs , PCB cards c1,c2 and c3 to be renewed with ship supplied spares. Necessary set points to be adjusted. E10.10 - On all AEs inductive pickups to be checked for correct functioning replace defective ones , including spares
