Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings etc complete all as spd and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and paving n exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of Wall and ceiling boards (fibre,pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets.

Taking down chowkat with shutter n exc 1.5 sq.m each and removing all as specified & directed

Taking down chowkat with shutter exc 1.5 sq.m but n.exc 4 Sqm each and removing all as specified & directed

Taking down mud plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc.

S&F in repairs vitreous china water closet Padestal pattern (white) including seat cover excluding fixing bolts, flushing cistern and flush pipe complete all as directed.

S & F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified etc completed all as specified.

M & L for preparation of Surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth,not otherwise described Preparation of old surface Priming with red oxide and applying Synthetic ordinary enamel

M&L vitrified ceramic tiles 10 mm thick, in light shade, (Square/rectangular) polished, area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match coloured tiles laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L non-skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match coloured tiles laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surfaces 300x200x7 mm thick, set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match coloured tiles laid over and including 10 mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for granite 25 mm thick of any type in cooking platform in cement mortar 1:4 including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with the shade of granite complete all as directed.

Supply only 32mm dia waste pipe of polythelene, flexible, for wash hand basin or kitchen sink.

S&F solid PVC door frame of size 50mm X 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tubes, as per specifications and drawing complete or as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

S&F factory made solid PVC door shutter 30mm thick(style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for bottom and top rails. MS frame shall be covered heat moulded plain colour PVC 'C' channel having PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail& bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling for plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and jointed together with solvent cement, suppling and fixing in the frame at the site as per specification.

M & L preparation of new plastered surfaces and clearcolle for priming to distempering and applying two coats of distemper oil emulssion, white or tinted, complete all as specified.

S&F vitreous china wash hand basin, white, flat, back size 550x 400mm, incl cutting for and pinning in ends of brackets or erecting stand,, waste coupling, waste down pipe all as specified and directed. Fixed in repairs.

S&F 20mm dia brass chromium plated tubular towel rails, D type,60cm long between flanges, complete all as specified.

S&F vitreous china urinals, flat back of size 465mmX355mmX 265mm, white with grating and union for discharge pipe including connecting to waste pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S&F stainless steel kitchen sink with drainage board of overall size 915x460mm and bowl size 410x330x160mm with plugs, washers and wastes; including bedding in cement mortar to dwarf wall or including fixing cantilever brackets.
