Mooring Winch/Anchor Windlass And Chain Stopper Details: C NAUTICAL, C Winches Electric Hydraulic Execution S. No- 2011 -240093, Windlass Mooring winch reduction gear box to be opened,gear oil to be changed, Overahuled,All Bearings,Seals,Brake liners,O rings,Filters,Piston rings,Springs,Gear oil to be replaced,Brake bands,clutch mechanisam to be inspected and overahuled, After assembled back satisfactory trials to be showned and Chain hosting and lowering speed performance to be checked as per design specifications 2011-240094..Procure and supply of all required materials like Bearings,Seals,O rings,Filters,Piston rings,Springs,Gear oil, Brake ferrodo liners,copper rivits,brass bushes,ss bolts and nuts,grease nipples,foundation bolts,gauge glass,drain cocks,consumables,drilling of foundation holes,welding,buildups and cutting works are in contractor scope.port & stbd side mooring drum and windlass brake liners(06 nos) thickness - 12mm, width-90mm, length-1.5 mtrs, countersunk bolts as required

Servicing of Hydrographic winch. Wintech Model HC6000-160: Hydrographic winch gear oil to be replaced,proximity and limit sensors to be replaced.making the guide rollers and level winder assembly free.Procure,supply and fitment of all required materials like Gear oil,proximity and limit sensors,bearings,Seals,O rings, Brake liners,,brass bushes,ss bolts and nuts,grease nipples,foundation bolts,gauge glass,drain cocks,consumables,drilling of foundation holes,welding,buildups and cutting works are in contractor scope.

STBD side A Frame Hydarulic cylinder Seal Replacement (Spares will be provided by NIO),KONGSBERG, SINDHU SADHANA, 229129,A-FRAME SB SIDE.754572,SEAL KIT FOR CYLINDER POS.8,Item ID:245977. A Frame Hydarulic cylinder to be removed from position,dismantled,replaced all seals,boxed back,After installation and commisioning to be done at harbour and at sea in presence of Owner representative/NIO.Oil leakage in cylinder area at position 8 to be rectified,Only one cylinder seal need to be replace and one seal will keep as spare.

Overhauling/repair of No.1 Watertight Door – 1 no. MAKE WINEL,TYPE ALBATROS 2 CYL.,PRESSURE HEAD 10 m/WC The following routines to be carried out on Watertight door and saisfactory trials to be showned to shipstff. - Renewal of solenoid coil, Overhauling of hydraulic motor - Overhauling of hydraulic pump - Changing of seals ,O ring - Changing of Hydraulic oil, filters etc - Renewal of seals - Pressure testing of the hydraulic cylinder. -Inspection of Accumulators and charging if required. Procure and supply of all required materials like Seals,solenoid coil,Hydraulic oil,O rings,Filters,Piston rings,Springs,Gear oil,brass bushes,ss bolts, hydraulic motor spares, hydraulic pump spares and nuts,grease nipples,gauge glass,drain cocks,consumables,welding,buildups and cutting works are in contractor scope

1) 5 Ton x 17 M Knuckle boom Crane (STBD), MAKE-HAEAN MACHINERY IND.CO.LTD,KIMHAE,S.KOREA, Type-Electro hydraulic S.NO.- HMI - 11-12.07 Overhauling of Winch, hydraulic motor ,winch gearbox and brake assembly. all grease lines to clear and nipples to be renewed as required, solenoid coils need to replace, junction boxes need to replace and made connections, limit switches need to replace and check its operation.. procure and supply of all required materials ,other then OEM spares and consumables, all machining works, pullers, welding, cutting, brazing works, certified tools and measuring instruments are in contractor scope

2) 2.5 TON x 7M Knuckle boom Crane (STBD), HAEAN MACHINERY IND. CO. LTD, KIMHAE, S.KOREA, Type – Electro Hydraulic. S. No – HMI – 11-12-14 Overhauling of Luffing cylinder, telescopic cylinder, folding cylinder, winch, hydraulic motor, brake assembly, control valve, swing motor and gear box. all grease lines to get clear and damaged nipples to be replaced as required, solenoid coils need to replace, junction boxes need to replace and made connections, limit switches need to replace and check its operation, damaged hydraulic hose and adaptor to be replaced, damaged ss pipeline 14mm to be replaced, counter balance valve 4 nos to be replaced.procure and supply of all required materials ,other then OEM spares and consumables, all machining works, pullers, welding, cutting, brazing works, certified tools and measuring instruments are in contractor scope.

3) 1 TON x 10 M KNUCKLE CRANE -Deck cranes: FORECASTLE -2 CRANES .-Knuckle boom crane; Make: HAEAN MACHINERY IND. CO. LTD, KIMHAE, S.KOREA Type – Electro Hydraulic. S.
