Testing of drining water collected from local source (bore wells /shallow wells in the area of AGE E/M (AF) Naliya, and submission of detailed test report to the office of Engineer-in-Charge. (i) Carrying out minimum essential testing of water as per IS 10500-2012 mandatory for chemical colour, odour, taste, turbidity, PH value, TDS total hardness, iron, chloride, fluoride and residual free chlorine and Bacteriological total coliform organisms per 100 ml (MPN) and E Coli in 100 ml) with specific recommendation regarding suitability of water for drinking purposes. (ii) Collection of water from different sources of water ie. Sump, bore wells & shallow well in a sterilized bottle and testing in NABL Approved laboratory as mentioned in specification Note :- Rate Quoted shall also deemed to be included for the followings:- (i) Cost of sterilized bottle as required. (ii) To and fro transportation charges for collection of samples from source (sump, bore & shallow wells)

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr deep for pipe line in soft/loose soil, getting out and levelling of bottom surface to required complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material from site to a distance not exc 50 m away and depositing where directed not exc 1.5 meters above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Surface dressing of uneven surfaces of the natural ground, rough excavated surfaces and filled area where ordered shall be trimed to an even surface horizontal or slopping, by removing vegetation and by scrapping high patches and filling low patches with the scrapping soil to given an even and neat look to the site. depth of cutting not exceeding 15 cm. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix 15 mm bore Bib tap standard of PTMT any colour high pressure screwed for male/ female treaded, for UPVC pipe of size 15mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 20 mm bore Bib tap standard of PTMT any colour high pressure screwed for male/ female threaded, for UPVC pipe of size 20mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

De-watering the existing SWT/UG Sump of capacity upto 1.10 lakh ltrs capacity and cleaning the internal surfaces of SWT/UG sump to remove scales, mud and other foreign materials appying , surfaces with mixture of bleaching powder and water , finally washing with fresh water and treating with one coat of white wash to internal wall and bottom surfaces etc, complete for one time , including writting black capital letters " cleaned on (date) & due date " with letters height is not less than 5.0 CM complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick with cement mortar(1:4) on fair faces of brick walls for finishing the surfaces fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for brick work with subclass 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m means radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including coping complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type C-2 (by using 40 mm graded crushed broken stone aggregate) for foundation complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 as in coping with 20mm graded crushed broken stone aggregate for grouting MS frame complete all as specified & directed. NOTE FOR ALL ITEMS OF SCH OF WORKS/BOQ 1.The complaints shall be attended and the defects shall be rectified by a team of expert and experienced electrician/plumber as applicable assisted with adequate No of helpers as directed. 2. Contractor shall provide all necessary tools and equipments to Electrician/plumber and helper and shall be responsible for thier safety. 3. Contractor or his representative shall report daily in complaint cell for collecting complaints. 4. Contractor shall maintain a complaint register & responsible for noting complaints in it & taking sign of User, JE and Engr-in-charge after rectification of complaint. 5. Cutting of GI /DI pipe in position and threading is also deemed to be included in the job rate. Rate shall be deemed including of minor items such as screws, nut bolts, cleat, PVC wire, conduit, casing caping upto 1m in length, Lead pig bar, spun yarn, lead wool, gland packing for centrufugal pump, 3mm thick rubber sheet, tafflon tape etc. 6. Complaint shall be rectified within 8:00 hrs of notification, if contractor failed to do so, a panel recovery of Rs. 120.00 per day/complaint shall be recovered from next dues payments. 7.Emergent nature of complaint shall be attended immidiately on direction of JE, Engr-in-charge or GE upto 22:00 hrs, failing which recovery of Rs. 240.00 per day/complaint shall be leived on this account. 8. If any complaint shall be possible to rectify within prescribed time, the matter shall be immidiately brought out to notice in concerned JE or Engr-in-charge, no recovery shall be made on this account. The decision of accepting officer in this regard shall be final & binding. 9. Only labour involved and minor items required shall only be measured and paid in Srl Item 1.00 & 2.00 of sch of works/BOQ. 10. While attending the complaint of water supply /Electric supply if earth work is required then the same shall be measured and paid seperately under appropriate item of Sch of works/ BOQ. However no extra payments shall be made for dewatering.
