The rates are to be quoted as per Clause No. 7.0.0 of Special Instructions to Tenderers. 3. Only name of the bidder and rates are to be filled by the bidder in the designated "Green Cells". No changes shall be made by the bidder to Sr. No., Item Description, No. or Quantity, Unit. 4. In case of any difference in Item description/ Quantity/ Unit in BOQ then Item Description/ Quantity/ Unit given in the tender document shall prevail 5.
