Clearing grass & bushes including removal of Rubbish up to a distance of 150 m etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Earthwork excavation in all classes of soil except hard rock and disposal of the same with initial lead and lift etc. complete.

Sectioning 150 mm average thickness and forming the surface as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charg

Fencing with GI barbed wire as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Disposal of excavated materials by mechanical transport up to a distance of 5 km including loading, unloading and leveling at dump yard etc. complete.

Providing and laying screed concrete 1:1½:3 (1 cement, 1½ sand 3 hard granite broken stone 20 mm and down) 60 mm average thickness including rendering the surface with CM 1:3 ( 1 cement, 3 sand) to set right honey combs surface unevenness, making and forming pockets, etc., in roofs including curing and other incidental etc ., complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Chipping and removing the cement plaster and disposal of the debris within a distance of 150 m etc., complete

Plastering in C M 1:4: 15 mm thick, one coat floated hard and trowelled smooth at all elevations.

Ceiling plastering in CM 1:3, 6 mm thick etc. at all elevations complete

Supply of Man Mazdoors to assist the department.

Supply of Scavenger to assist the Department.

Supply and stacking good quality table moulded country burned bricks of standard size as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and stacking good quality M- sand as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and stacking 6 mm down hard granite stone as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply of MP Hipe & Ridge tiles of 1st class quality.

Supply of MP Roof tile 1st quality as directed by Engineer in charge.

Painting walls, ceilings etc. at all elevations with oil-bound distemper (OBD) of approved shade,brand and manufacturer. Provide two coats of paint to give an even finish including preparing the surface etc. at all heights complete as per standard specification.

Painting walls at all elevations with exterior weather coat paint of approved shade, brand and manufacturer. Provide two coats of paint to give an even finish including preparing the surface etc. at all heights complete as per standard specification.

Colour washing 2 coats at all elevation including preparation of the surface etc. complete.

Painting with enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture in all shades to give an even finish etc.complete as per directions at all heights for steel works 2 coats over a coat of approved metal primer.

Painting with enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture in all shades to give an even finish etc. complete as per directions at all heights for old wood work 2 coats.
