Taking down cement plaster of any description and in any position of brick/concrete surfaces on walls / celing etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc & prepared to receive new plaster and disposing off the rubbish off the premises of cantonment complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces , applied in two layers ie. Ist layer of 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 and 2nd ( top ) layer of 5 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4( top layer mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions) finished even and smooth without using extra cement and including preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately under appropriate item of Sch 'A' as "supply only")

M & L for rendering 5 mm thick in C M 1:3 on ceiling finished even and smooth without using extra cement and applying 3 coats of white wash on ceiling surfaces after preparation of the newly plastered surfaces of ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only water proofing compound (ISI Mark) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or conrete surfaces/stone masonary and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement including preparation of newly plastered sufaces of walls & applying two coat of distemper oil emulsion paint white or tinted complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs Rotational moulded poly-ethylene multilayer water storage tanks (cylinderical vertical with closed top) 1000 litres capacity, white in colour hoisted and fixed in position with and including all fittings and fixtures complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing chowkats or frames of any description and in any position from the opening of size not exceeding 1.50 sqm each with shutter i.e. without taking off shutter from the frames complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing chowkats or frames of any description and in any position from the opening of size exceeding 1.50 sqm but not exceeding 4 sqm each with shutter i.e. without taking off shutter from the frames complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutters of any description and in any position of size exceeding 1 sqm but not exceeding 2 sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Cutting chases, pinning in making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc.; and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring, etc. in brick walls and making good, cutting not exc 10 cm girth complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) aluminium frame for doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) aluminium sliding window (any suitable track) with aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg / RM including joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, necessary powder coated hardware ie. handles, barrel tower bolts, hinges etc, powder coated aluminum snap beading, screws etc. complete all as specified and directed Note : Panel filling ie. glass, fibre sheet, board, wire mesh etc. shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate items of Sch 'A'.

M & L for anodised aluminium ventilator shutter top hung type of aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg/m (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) including joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, necessary hardware i.e. handles, barrel tower bolts, hinges etc, aluminum snap beading, screws etc. complete all as specified and directed Note : Panel filling ie. glass, fibre sheet, board, wire mesh etc. shall be measured and paid for separately.

M & L for powder coated aluminum grill of design No DG-104, 6.5 mm x 4.5 mm Section of decogrill or of equivalent approved make with 1 mm thick 'F' sections of suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Aluminium alloy wire cloth, 0.45 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40 mm (weight not less than 600 gms / sqm) and fixed with aluminium wire staples, wooden beads etc complete all as specified and directed

S & F solid PVC door frame of size 50 mm x 47 mm made out of 5 mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube, supplying and fixing in the opening as per the specifications and drawing mentioned in section 8 of SSR-II complete all as specified and directed.

S & F factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails, M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20 mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for styles and plain colour PVC sheet for top rail, lock rail and bottom rail on either side and as gap insert for top rail and bottom rail ; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet 5 mm thickness to be fitted in M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles and rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and joined together with solvent cement as per the specifications and drawing mentioned in section 8 of SSR-II complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 35 mm thick factory made IInd class hard wood (not less than Hollock wood) glazed and skelton shutters open rebated and prepare to receive glass / gauze etc (without sash bars) edges of framing plain chamfered or rounded, fitted with moulded beads both sides for securing glass etc {size of members of shutters as specified in clause 8.24 (a) of section 8 of SSR - I} supplied and fitted to chowkat complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 150 mm long aluminum anodized barrel tower bolts of extruded section and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantiling of stone slabs and tiles (Kota stone etc.) of any discription or any thickness in floors, aprons, skirting, dado etc. laid bedded and pointed in any mortar and M & L for machine cut Kota stone slab 20 mm to 25 mm thick, as in slab/plateform set and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including cutting, rubbing and polishing to give mirror finish complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantiling of stone slabs and tiles (Kota/ Granite stone etc.) of any discription or any thickness in floors, aprons, skirting, dado etc. laid bedded and pointed in any mortar and M & L Machine cut Kota stone slab work 20 to 25mm thick as in vertical surfaces/ riser/skirting and like laid jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match with shade of the slab including grinding, rubbing and polishing to give mirror polish and including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. (Note : No deduction shall be made for opening of sink portion and rate of cutting of hole for wash hand basin and setting the washhand basin in position shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate)

S & F 60 mm thick, machine made, Ist quality, precast cement concrete rubber moulded coloured interlocking paver blocks / tiles of triangular / zigzag / hexagonal / I in shape or shape and designe as approved with grey cement and pigment conforming to IS-15658-2006, M-35 grade laid over and including 25 mm thick sand cushioning and the voids shall also be filled with fine sand complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel work of any description and in any position including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc and M & L for mild steel framed work [Fe-410-W (grade 250) quality A] as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces,etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other coverings, doors etc., to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down eaves gutters and rain water/RCC pipes of size 110 mm of any pattern, of any description and in any position, including all fittings , heads, shoes, bends, swan necks, etc., (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories) and S & F 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed on walls complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down eaves gutters and rain water/RCC pipes of size 75 mm of any pattern, of any description and in any position, including all fittings , heads, shoes, bends, swan necks, etc., (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories) and S & F 75 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed on walls complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs PVC (SWR) bends, 75 mm bore, any radius with access door complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs PVC (SWR) Junction, single, (single T) equal or unequal with access door, 75 mm bore, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down existing unserviceable mild steel water tubing and connections 15 mm dia, any grade, of any description or in any position including fittings and S & F (concealed / open) 16mm outer dia CPVC pipes SDR 11 & Plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings on walls/ceiling or laying in floors complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down existing unserviceable mild steel water tubing and connections 20 mm dia, any grade, of any description or in any position including fittings and S & F (concealed / open) 20mm outer dia CPVC pipes SDR 11 & Plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings on walls/ceiling or laying in floors complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Preparation of old decorated surface of ceiling and including cornices plastered or unplastered surfaces by brooming down or steel wire brushing to remove all loose scales, and foreign materials scarping down , smoke soot moulds , moss and efflorescent salts treating oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Preparation of old decorated surface by complete removal of existing treatment on wall (any number of layers ) by scarping with steel scapers or any other mean including filling depessions of scapped surface with putty and pereparation of surface for further treatment and applying two coat of cement base paint including watering and curing of surface adeqautely before and after application of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Preparation of old decorated surface by complete removal of existing treatment on wall (any number of layers ) by scarping with steel scapers or any other mean including filling depessions of scapped surface with putty and pereparation of surface for further treatment and applying two coat of distemper oil emulsion paint white or tinted complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Preparation of old painted surface of wood and wood based material any description and in any position over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Preparation of new painted surface of wood and wood based material any description and in any position over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Preparation of new painted surface of steel and iron surface of any description and in any position over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Preparation of old painted surface of steel and iron surface of any description and in any position over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position (unreinforced) in ground floors/ paving not exceeding 15 cm thick (below or above GL) and disposing rubbish off the premises of cantonment and M & L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregates) as in sub base/sunken floor filling and finishing top surface even and fair complete all as specified and direccted.

Demolition of RCC of any description and in any position (reinforced) in any position in beams, columns, chajjas and similar situations and disposing rubbish off the premises of cantonment complete all as direccted.

M & L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregates) as in plinth protection finishing the surface even and smooth w/o using extra cement including forming & filling expansion joints 65 mm deep x 10 mm wide filled with sealing compound grade A complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for for special treatment of sunken portion of WCs and Bath room as per following stages: Note: Flat Plane area shall be measured and paid. Stage 1:- Demolition of WC including lime concrete and cement concrete etc and preparing the surfaces of existing sunken portion of WCs or bath etc with wire brush to remove all loose dirt, oil grease etc. Stage 2:- Providing 10 mm thick plaster in CM 1:3 with chemical of Dr. Fixit Pidicrete URP or plaster seal of STP Ltd Stage 3:- Applying Dr Fixit Primseal primer or STP Ltd and allow to dry for 8 hours under touch dry condition Stage 4:- Applying two coats of water proofing decorative elastomeric coating system of Dr Fixit Raincoats with DFT 100 Micron or shalicry 215 of STP(The surface after painting one coats shall be allowed to dry of 6 hours before next coats) all as per manufactutrer instruction Stage 5:- Filling the Same Portion with plain concrete 1:4:8 Type D-2 (This item of PCC will be measured and paid for separately as M & L under appropriate item of Sch 'A') Stage 6:- Making holes in wall and fixing 600 mm long 40 mm dia GI spout for draining the surplus water if any.

M & L for 10mm thick plaster in one layar in cement mortar (1:4) on concrete surfaces over roof slab finished surfaces even and smooth without using extra cemet over and including application of cement slurry @ 3kg/Sqm after cleaning, sweeping the old RCC slab to remove dust before application of plaster complete and M & L for water proofing treatment to roof slab by one coat of bituminous/polymerised primer conforming to IS 3384 @ 0.30 Ltr per Sqm and laying Acretic Polypropylane (APP) modified water proofing membrane weighing 3.5 Kg per Sqm with 3mm thick and minimum 75mm overlaps and minimum 100mm end laps sealed and bounded to the surface including finishing by applying aluminium paint @ 100 gram / sqm on roof or vertical surfaces complete all as specified and directed. S & F in repair aluminium alloy wire cloth 0.45 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40 m ( weight not less than 600 gms / sqm ) and fixed with aluminium wire staple complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 3 mm thick figured glass pin head type and glazing with oil putty in squares not exceeding 0.50 sqm in each pane complete all as specified and directed

Excavation in trenches in soft / loose soil not exceeting 1.5 Mtr wide and not exceding 1.5 Mtr in depth and getting out for taking out / laying of cables, erection of poles / strut / stays etc and not exceeding 10 sqm on plan complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in the any type of soil including spreading, levelling, watering and ramming in layers not exc. 25 cms complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material of any type of soil not exceeding 50 Mtr away and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for factory made precast machine pressed kerd stones of PCC grade M-15 design mix and of shape and size of 300mmx 400mmx100mm and as directed, set jointed and pointed cement and sand mortar 1:4 fixed in repairs and including praparation of new undecorated concrete surfaces of road side kerb stone and similar items of any description and any position exc 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint in the strip pattern of different tint complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for sand cushioning in cable trenches over & under the cables, with river washed coarse sand, as per standard practice with proper compaction complete all as specified and directed. (Punned thickness 18 cm shall be considered for payment as per para 19.75 of SSR Part-I).

Supply & Laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover type-1 Class IV, size of 250 mm x 150 mm x 40 mm laid dry in trenches for under groung cable protection complete all as specifed and directed.

Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light,fan,socket or power) complete including fittings and fixtures such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fittings etc removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody ot for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc complete all as specified and directed.
