SCHEDULE `A' PART-XI MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS OF WORK (Note for items 12 to 47. The contractor shall quote his rate for each of these items separately. The estimated rate is left blank since the same is not prepriced by MES)

M & L for 80mm thick machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block factory manufactured any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of M-40 Grade, without correction factor for chamfering, casted with grey cement and top layer with white cement and pigment casted in rubber mould with 0.50mm thick scratch proof lacquer coating on top laid dry in floor, pavement, etc over and including 25mm thick sand cushioning all as specified and directed.

M & L for cutting of existing 50mm DI pipeline and inserting tee of size 50x50x25mm and connecting 25mm GI pipe with reducer all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of Diesel engine driven generating set 200 KVA, 3 phase 4 wire, 415 volts,1500 RPM, 50 Hz power supply with power factor 0.8 coupled directly to alternator mounted on a common base plate complete with integral acoustic enclosure having silent features such as modular bolted construction with fabrication on imported CNC torret punch machines, nine tank treatment process with pure polyster based powder coating to ensure long life in all weather conditions and for out door application/ installation, integrated design thereby facilitating /easy handling installation & shifting of the equipment at site. The design of integral acoustic enclosure should be any type approved by national Physical laboratory as per Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB-IV) latest norms/regulation with fuel tank, battery and standard accessories and PCC foundation for (acoustic enclosure also 30 CM above ground level) as recommended by manufacturer, vibration pad, sand cushioning around PCC foundation, tools and spares, as provided by manufacturer all as specified and as directed with the following specifications:- (A) ENGINE :- Water cooled diesel engine of suitable capacity to match the 200 KVA alternator under NTP conditions with provision of 10% over load for 1 hour in every 12 hours running confirming to BS-5514. (C) BRUSHLESS ALTERNATOR:- (i) Alternator coupled to engine through a flexible coupling to an indigenous alternator mounted on strong steel fabricated base frame suitable for mounting on a permanent foundation. Brush less alternator shall be confirming to BS- 5000 or relevant of IS-4722 (ii) Type :- self excited self regulated with automatic voltage regulator (iii) Rating:- 200 KVA at 0.8 PF lagging 4 pole horizontal at NTP condition (iv) Speed- 1500 RPM (v) System -415 V + 2.5% AC 3 phase 4 wire 50 Hz. The panel would be powder coated minium thickness of 50 microns, stove enameled paint finished after elaborate pretreatment to form a long lasting characteristic.
