The call out charges (include transport fares (to & fro fare for Dehradun to Rajahmundry), boarding & lodging, local transport etc.) (Ref. para 5 of SCC) shall be paid at actuals against documentary proof.

The Day Rate is payable in accordance with para 6 of SCC of the proposed contract.

The boarding and lodging charges shall be paid in accordance with para 7 of SCC of proposed contract.

For clarity, it is to be considered that there is no duplication of charges in Day Rate & Call out charges.

The above rates are inclusive of all taxes/duties/levies. GST etc. for completion of services as per Scope of Work. GST shall be indicated separately in the price format.

Quantities mentioned above are indicative only. Payment will be made as per actuals based on actual No of days the service engineer technician has taken to complete the work and actual No of times the service engineer or technician was called at Rajahmundry /Vizag/ Kakinada or at any other place as requested by ONGC.

Day rate of Service Engineer and Service Technician shall commence from the date of his reporting at ONGC Rajahmundry/Kakinada/ Vizag any other place located in India within the specified reporting time as instructed by ONGC and shall be payable up to the date exclusive of the date of departure from rig. The day rate is based on 24 Hrs availability for work per day. Day of reporting and day of departing together will be counted as one day for day rate payment purpose. However, no payment shall be made if performance is not satisfactory.

In case Service Engineer is deployed to placed other than places installation of operations at Rajahmundry Kakinada/ Vizag, then transportation charges up to that place of operation of ONGC, limited to economy class air fare shall be borne by ONGC. In case Service Technician is deployed to placed other than places installation of operations at Rajahmundry Kakinada/ Vizag, then transportation charges up to that place of operation of ONGC, limited to AC-II tier rail fare shall be borne by ONGC.
