Providing services for smooth functioning / running of centrifugal / mono block pumps in new main pump house MAP-02 Nos., operation of filter plant with compressor pump -01 no. and maintenance & operation of pumps 25 HP- 03 Nos. and maintenance of stand by generator set 200 KVA i.e battery checking and filling of distilled water, cleaning of battery terminals and operation of the same as and when required, filling of diesel by collection from MT yard. Every day water testing (Chlorine) and put up the register to concerned JE after completing the testing (Testing to be done before supply of water every day). The services shall be provided in three shifts per day and each shift shall be of 8 hours duly employing one operator including Sunday and holiday complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Timing: (a) First Shift 0600hrs to1400hrs ( 01- FGM & 01 Mate FGM ) (b) Second Shift 1400hrs to 2200hrs ( 01- FGM & 01 Mate FGM) (c) Third Shift 2200hrs to 0600hrs ( 01- FGM & 01 Mate FGM) Note :- (i) Chemical / Chlorine shall be issued free for use in treatment of water. (ii) Water testing kit & stationery as required at site shall be provided by the contractor to operator without extra cost to the Department. (iii) Reliver duty FGM wages deemed to be included in quoted rates.

Providing services for maintenance of Sewage treatment Plant at Kasani Plant of capacity 900 KLD, installed and having Motor 75 HP pump-02 Nos., Filter Plant -02 Nos. and sewage treatment plant, tank with chamber-08 nos., maintenance of 11/.433 KV transformers, maintenance of surrounding area by remove vegetation of the sub stations etc. complete, checking of electrical control panel and thoroughly cleaning of equipment / machinery etc., for two shifts per day, each shift shall be of 8 hours duly employing one operator including Sunday and holiday complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Timing: (i) First Shift 0600 hrs to1400 hrs ( 01- Mate FGM ) (ii) Second Shift 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs ( 01- Mate FGM) Note :- The quoted rates shall be deemed to be included the following provisions :- (a) Preventive and breakdown maintenance of all the equipments by regular oiling, greasing etc. during the period of work order. (b) To take care of house keeping maintain cleanliness environment up to 5 m all around installation shall be kept absolutely neat and clean. (c) Maintaining the record of chemical such as Sodium Hypo chlorite and other chemical as provided by the Department and operation of the plant by the operator. (d) Minor repair like as gaskets, rewireable fuses and operation maintenance of any other parts as required for proper functioning of installation. (e) The sludge generated by the STPs will be disposed off by the operator as per instructions of the Engr-in-Charge. (f) Cleaning of submersible motor provided in main intake point shall be carried out monthly or as directed to prevent the breakdown. (g) Reliver duty FGM wages deemed to be included in quoted rates.

All as per item No.3 above but sewage treatment ARO Plant of capacity 900 KLD, complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Timing: General Shift 0900 hrs to 1700 hrs ( 01- Mate FGM ) Note:- (i) Reliver duty Mate FGM wages deemed to be included in quoted rates. Note for item no.1 to 4:- The cost of following provisions shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates:- (i) Operator shall also be operated chloronome plant as and when required basis by ensuring proper chlorination of water before distribution to consumers. (ii) Operator should also operate any type / any size sluice valve water supply to the underground sumps and pumping line. (iii) LT panel boards for Pump House lighting, earthing pits of all the equipments (including regular watering) & plants, carrying out regular testing of the equipments and maintaining of the earth testing register, Log sheet of Pump running with Duty Roaster/ attendance register records of the water supply with all parameters as described at the Pump house and daily maintenance of the complete surrounding area of the Pump house. (iv) In case of requirement tradesman provided for pump house may be utilised for cleaning of pump house area complete without any extra cost to department as directed by Engr-in-Charge.(v) Ensure the contractor to pump house operator/ helper to the observe the reservoir tank's water level when those are full then stops the pumps of main pump house as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.(vi) Unauthorised persons should not be allow into the pump house. (vii) Uniform shall be provided by the contractor. (viii) Departmental equipments of each installation shall be under safe custody. In case of theft any item from installation recovery shall be made from the contractor as per direction of Engr-in-charge. (ix) Group insurance of operators shall be carried out by the contractor and documentary proof in support shall be provided to the department. (x) Minimum wages certificate shall be submitted to Engr-in-charge for their verification along with attendance & wage register (xi) In case absent of operator, double the rate quoted rates shall be recovered from the contractor's dues. (xii) All T&P as required shall be provided by the contractor. (xiii) Proper handing / taking over of inventories of all installations shall be kept in record.
