Supply & fixing of GI tubing light grade for mechanical protection of earth strip laid under plinths,floors, roads, paths, culverts etc. or fixed on walls or along poles or emmbeded in PCC for giving support to air termination rod by means of MS clamps with necessary bolts, nuts and washers etc complete all as specified of size 40mm bore complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fix test point terminal block made of gun metal / phosphorus bronze/copper of size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 Nos 8mm dia 25mm long hexagonal head screw complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fix copper strip 32 x 6 mm with saddles and fixing screws etc for roof/down conductor above ground including jointing with brazing etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on battern or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc as required copper strip 20 x 3.00 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fix galvanised iron strip 25 x 4 mm with saddles and fixing screws etc for roof/down conductor above ground including jointing with rivets, bolts, nuts & washers etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for maintenance free earthing with the help of mechnical boring machine of 150mm dia 30 mtr depth including supply and fix 160mm dia (O.D), UPVC pipe 6Kg/sqcm rating-06 mtr long with the help of suitable size clamp with nut bolt and washer-01 No, Suppy and fix 30 mtr 50mm dia perforated GI pipe medium grade lowering in borewell with the help of Tools & Plant having suitable hole for providing good condutivity of earting and Material & labour for providing 32x6 mm GI up to 7.5mtr long complete with protected with 40mm light grade GI tubing and connect with equipment by nut bolt and bore well earthing with the help of suitable size GI nut bolt and washer etc complete including charcoal dust & salt filled in borewell for earth conductivity. Material & labour for covering of borewell with PCC (1:2:4) type B-1/brick masonry pit of size 45x45x45cm complete all as specified and give the minimum earth result 1.0 Ohm to provide any chemical etc as required complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:(i) Earth strip and GI protection pipe upto lenght 7.5mm shall deemed to be included in rate of above item.

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5m wide and not exc. 1.5m in depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes pier holes etc not exc. 10sqm on plan and not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning filling in soil and including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc. 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated soil to a distance n.exc. 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc. 1.5m above the starting points complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fix 20 mm dia UPVC tubing standard duty with threaded at both ends complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fix 20 mm bore stop/tap valve, UPVC for pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cutting of existing steel tubing for alterations or addition in position without taking down and screwing for addition of Tee, etc for 20 mm bore connection complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. ( Note :- The cost of excavation , earthwork and fitting of pipe line required at site shall be deemed to be included in unit rate quoted by the tenderer)

Supply & fix three phase 50 Hz, unbalanced type 40 KVA servo Voltage stablizer for automatic operation, copper wound naturally oil cooled indoor type and designed for input variation between 300V to 480 V with output voltage stablized at 415 with accuracy +1% and speed of correction 8 Volts per second with overload short circuit protection, high low voltage cut off and by pass arrangement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fix three phase 50 Hz, unbalanced type 15 KVA servo Voltage stablizer for automatic operation, copper wound naturally oil cooled indoor type and designed for input variation between 300V to 480 V with output voltage stablized at 415 with accuracy +1% and speed of correction 8 Volts per second with overload short circuit protection, high low voltage cut off and by pass arrangement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & lay cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 70 Sqmm 3.5 core in trench/duct/ on pole et complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & lay cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 16 Sqmm 4.0 core in trench/duct/ on pole et complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 60 cm x60 cm x 3.15 mm thick buried directly in ground ,(Earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level ,connected to and including copper earth strip 20X3mm by means of nut, bolts, check nuts and washers of copper/ bronze as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-I (2009) complete all as specified and directed including testing on completion including the material and labour complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Chargeof the following : - (a) Excavation and earth work for drilling hole for electrode in any type of Soil. (b) PCC pit in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1, Pre cast RCC cover with suitable handle 40 mm thick in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, reinforced with welded steel wire fabric weighing not less than1.87 Kg/ Sq meter. (c) Funnel with watering pipe of GI 20 mm nominal bore light grade and lugs etc complete all as specified and directed (d) 15 mm nominal bore medium grade GI protection pipe 5 meter long for protection of earthing lead complete all as specified and directed. (e) Requisite quantity of common salt and charcoal. (f) Testing of earthing. Note:- Copper strip exceeding 7.5 m shall be measured and paid separately under respected item of BOQ.

Supply & fix copper strip 20 x 3.15mm with saddles and fixing brazing screws etc.for jointing with earth pits complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge
