Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position not other wise specifically provided for and removing debris outside the MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing precast reinforced cement concrete of type B1 (1:2:4) (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in cover for drain set in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for TMT bars 6 mm to 8 mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia.complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of PCC block masonry built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete block masonry type 1:5:8 using 20mm graded aggregate with solid blocks, exc 10cm in width and setting in CM 1:6 complete complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B2 as in PCC Path / Hard standing and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 35mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound Grade 'B' complete all as specified.

M&L for cement concete type B-1,1:2:4 mix (using 20 mm grade aggregate) as in copings including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:4) on block masonry surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for MS Framed work by fabrication such as grills, gratings, etc, with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spike, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, waik ways railing framed of watertanks etc including portions framed and hung as gates including pintle hinges, stops, hand-made sliding bolts etc conforming to Fe-290, Gde- E-165, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for MS purpose made but hinges conforming to Fe-290, Gde-E-165 suitable for fixing to stone/concrete, door and window frames including fabrication work etc complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, exc 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer on new steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete type C-2 (1:3:6) using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base under interlocking tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 60 mm thick (M-25 mix) glossy rubber mould interlocking tiles (paver blocks red & yellow colour topping) conforming to IS-15658-2006 laid dry over and including 30 mm copacted sand bed, size & pattern of tiles complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced ) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thick (below or above ground level ) all as specified.
