in a site with OMC. spreading in uniform layers with motor grader as per required slope

and gradient on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller at OMC to

achieve the desired compaction complete as per MORT & H clause

grading two layer each of 75 mm using BTMC matel size 40mm to 63mm in layers

including 13& stone screeing 13.20mm size of 7% stone dust as filler construction by

mixing roller as per material spreading and complete as per engineer in charge.

Providing, laying, supplying and compacting graded stone aggregates to wet mix

macadam 150mm thick speciafication incl. premixing the material with water at OMC

in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tippers to site. laying in uniform

With Mechanical Sprayer & Bitumen Grade 80/100 for mixing @ 34.00 Kg. / M.T. i.e.

3.40 % of total weight of mix including heating the aggregate & asphalt in continuous

drum mix plant and spreading the same by paver finisher & consolidation with

vibratory roller including providing all materials equipments, tools & plants, fire wood,

oil, kerosene, labour charges etc. complete using contractor's own machinery drum mix

plant & paver finisher etc. complete as per MORT & H clause

Providing and Laying 25 mm thick Semi Dense Bituminous concrete using stone

chipping and aggregate as per M.O.R.T. & H. gradation and emulation asphalt for tack

coat 2.50kg/10sqm with mechanical sprayer and asphalt grade 80/100 for mixing with

bitumin at the rate of 50.00 Kg/M.T. i.e. 5.0% by weight of total mix including heating

15 the aggregate and asphalt by continuous batching of drum mix plant and spreading the 1.00 5300.00 MT

same by sensor paver finisher and consolidation with vibrator roller, including

providing all materials equipments, tools and plants, oil, kerosene, firewood, labour

charges etc. complete using contractor's own machineries drum mix plant and paver

finisher etc. complete as per MORT & H.

Road marking with hot applied thermoplastic paints with reflectorising glass beads on

bitumin surface providing and laying a hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm

thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5mm

is excluding of surface applied glass beds as per IRC:35-2015. The finished surface to

be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes. zebra patta /bump patta lane/center

16 line/ edge line/cut patta. The white color marking should provide liminance coefficinet 1.00 364.08 Sqm

on cemend road shalll be min 130 mcd/m2/lux and Asphalt road shall be min

mcd/m2/lux during the service life during the day time. The marking should meet the

performance criteria for night time reflectivity, wet reflectivity and skid resistance as

mentioned in the section-15 of IRC 35-2015. Warranty for the Retro reflectivity should
