Material & labour for disconnecting, taking down & removing carefully the existing ceiling fan of any description any sweep and from any position/location, sealing the cable end complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE :(i) Old U/S ceiling fan to be deposited at AGE E/M store yard

Supply & fix energy saving ceiling fan 1200 mm sweep and connecting up including provision of cable from ceiling rose or connector to fan complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Pulling down the existing U/S wires of any type from concealed wiring carefully of aluminium point wiring (light, fan, bell, socket, power point etc.) with or without conduit, along with all connected accessories such as ceiling rose, switches, sockets, switch boards, fan regulator etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for point wiring complete with 1.5 Sqmm single core multistranded copper conductor FRLSH PVC insulated and unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade ISI marked drawn through and including PVC CASING & CAPPING INCLUDING accessories etc including fixed to wall/ceiling including provision of 1.5 sqmm single core multistranded copper conductor FRLS PVC insulated and unsheathed as earth wire continuity with and pressed steel terminal box powder coated of suitable size 3 mm thick backlite white/colour sheet top cover ISI marked with brass screws and cup washers for housing switches, socket, fan regulator etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge for :-

One Fan point controlled by one, one way switch single pole piano type.

Supply & fix in replacement switch piano, 5/6 Amps, flush button type, single pole, one way, 230 Volts complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing in replacement ceiling rose surface bakelite 65x50 mm three terminal etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fix in replacement stepped type electronic fan regulator flush type on the existing phenolic laminated etc as required single pole 240 Volts grade 350 watts heavy duty ISI mmarked complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fix in replacement ceiling fan hook anchor fastner to be fix on roof for hanging 1200 mm sweep ceiling fan etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing of matallic clamps for hanging of ceiling fan with bolts & nuts, split pin etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking dpwn ceiling fans of any size, any make fixed/hanged at different location in SMQs quarters, dismantling the fan complete cleaning and re-assembling the same including replacing anti suicide down rods, split spins flexible copper cable of size 23/0.0076 twin core, 70 cm long and refixing the ceiling fan on the same location in original position, testing and commissioning of fan for smooth running, as per entire satisfaction and complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- (i) Quoted rate by tenderer of any item of the schedule is inclusive of taking down the ceiling fans from the position and re-fixing/hanging in position connecting and testing complete. (ii) Anti suicide down rods replacement of spares shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate items. (iii) Old MS down rod to be deposited at AGE E/M store yard.

Supply only of 15" smart MS down rod (Anti suicide fan rod) white colour for ceiling fans of any size complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make:- Gold Life or equivalent as approved by GE.

Supply only 18" smart MS down rod (Anti suicide fan rod) white colour for ceiling fans of any size complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make:- Gold Life or equivalent as approved by GE.

Supply & fixing of capacitor of 3.15 MFD including fixing complete and including necessary items such as sleeves etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
