Taking down copper/aluminum point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete and including (fitting and fixture such as switches, socket ,ceiling rose ,pendent ,regulators,light fittings, etc to be measured separetaly) NOTE:- Job including for taking out old gutties,screw,nails,casing caping/conduit etc and making good to disturbed surface of wall ,floor etc including to match with the existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for point wiring with 1.5 sq mm FRLSH single core PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 V grade with multistranded copper conductor drawn through PVC casing and capping with all accessories fixed to wall /roofs ceiling etc and incl provision of 1.5 sq mm PVC insulated and unsheathed copper conductor as earth continuity conductor and connected to common earth dolly including PVC box ISI marked of suitable size for mounting the switches , socket outlets , fan regulatorscomplete all as specified and directed for following :-

One light/Fan point controlled by one switch.

One socket 3 pin outlet 5 amp on independent board.

One light point controlled by two 2-way switches.

One 3 pin socket outlet 5 amp on the same board with other switches.

One bell/buzzer point controlled by one push button on the same board with other switches or independent with cable 1.5 sq mm size

All as per serial item No 2.00 here-in-before but with copper conductor cable for one 3 pin socket outlet 15 amp independent board with cable 2.5 sq mm 2.5 sq mm copper cable as earth continuity conductor complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for point wiring for one light/Fan/socket 5Amps point on indep board controlled by one, one way switch complete with 1.5 Sqmm multi-stranded copper conductor PVC insulated, unsheathed, FRLSH cable 1100 volts grade ISI marked drawn through and including heavy duty ERW conduit not less than 20 mm dia concealed type , including all accessories like bend, tees, junction boxes etc. including 1.5 Sqmm multi-stranded copper conductor PVC insulated, unsheathed, fire retardant low smoke cable as a earth wire connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified and directed.. Note : Point wiring will be done from Main DB. Length of point wiring may be beyond 5 mtrs and no extra amount for long point wiring will be considered complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for sub main wiring with 2 run single core multistranded copper conductor cable, of size 1.5Sqmm, PVC insulated, unsheathed, FRLSH drawn through and including heavy duty ERW steel conduit not less than 20 mm dia with all necessary fitting and including one run single core multistranded copper conductor cable, of size 1.5 Sqmm, PVC insulated, unsheathed, fire retardant as earth wire, fixed on wall / ceiling complete including taking down old sub main wiring complete all as specified and directed. Note: 02 Runs of main cable and one run earth wire with conduit will be measured as one Running Metre for payment complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for sub main wiring with 2 run single core multistranded copper conductor cable, of size 6Sqmm, PVC insulated, unsheathed, FRLSH drawn through and including heavy duty ERW steel conduit not less than 20 mm dia with all necessary fitting and including one run single core multistranded copper conductor cable, of size 6 Sqmm, PVC insulated, unsheathed, fire retardant as earth wire, fixed on wall / ceiling complete including taking down old sub main wiring complete all as specified and directed. Note: 02 Runs of main cable and one run earth wire with conduit will be measured as one RM for payment.

Supply and fix in replacement switch flame proof rotary type with termination box in LM6, 16A, single pole 250V complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement Flame proof switch socket & plug combined in LM6 cable termination box in LM6,16A, 250V, 2P+earth complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix in repair/replacement of flame proof, weather proof type, distribution board, Aluminum die cast alloy in LM6 material sheet metal enclosure including MCB 63 Amp SPN (incomer) and 07 Nos SP 6-32 Amps (out going), terminal, wiring and all fitting accessories etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair/replacement of LED flame proof well glass in die cast aluminum housing with heat resistant toughened glass, 70watt , IP65 protected and including all accessories, connecting up with flexible copper conductor 1.5 Sqmm 3core covered with flexible metal conduit of suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix flame proof, weather proof distribution board, Aluminum die cast alloy in LM6 material sheet metal enclosure including MCB 40 Amp, SPN (incomer) and 06 Nos SP 6-32 Amp (out going) terminal, wiring and all fitting accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of fan regulator flush type on the existing phenolic laminated sheet complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of LED Post top lantern of 40 watt, warm white made in die cast aluminium housing with decorative clear opal acrylic diffuser and IP 65 protection, including provision of suitable size of GI pipe medium grade and suitable length as required on the site fifed on the existing pillers by welding of four Nos of leg and fixed by using fastner and nut and bolts and neccessary connection with twin core copper cable multistranded 1100 volt grade complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of 36W LED recessed 2x2 luminaire 6500K fixed in the existing Ciling/roofs white powder coated CRCA housing with LED seanless front frame with flat white transmissionacrylic cover and necessary connection with twin core copper cable of suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement sub main wiring drawing through PVC casing caping of suitable size with all fittings two run of single core 6 sq mm FRLS single core PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 V grade with multistranded copper conductor and one run of 6 sq mm FRLS as earth wire of multistranded copper conductor PVC insulated and unsheathed cable of 1100 volts grade including taking down old unserviceable sub main wire any size with casing caping/conduit and all accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement sub main wiring drawing through PVC casing caping of suitable size with all fittings two run of single core 4 sq mm FRLS single core PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 V grade with multistranded copper conductor and one run of 4 sq mm FRLS as earth wire of multistranded copper conductor PVC insulated and unsheathed cable of 1100 volts grade including taking down old unserviceable sub main wire any size with casing caping/conduit and all accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for earthling complete with galvanized GI earth plate electrode of size 600x600x6.00 mm, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr below normal ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanized earth lead wire 4.0 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nut and galvanized iron or steel including earth work in any type of soil, charcoal salt 15 cm around the earth plate as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR part1991,20 mm dia watering pipe medium grade 1.50 mtr long GI protection pipe light grade 15 mm dia from earth pit to main board (NOTE:- maximum length of GI protection pipe with each earth shall not be less than 7.5 mtrs) including necessary pit with cover , including testing on complition complete all as specified and directed.

Checking and attending complaints by means of repairing/rectifying the electric defects/faults related to elctrical equipments ,devices,accessories and fixtures maintained by MES .Tightening the loose connections complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) The electrician deployed by the contractor shall have ITI /05 years expreince certificate in concerned trade.Helperdeployed shall be min 8th pass with min 03 years expriance in relevant trade (ii) This item covers only cost of labour for attending complaint and taking down of old material. (iii) Item to be replaced under this item shall be either isued free for fixing under schedule 'B' or shall be contractor supply under respective items of this schedule as decided by Enge-in -charge. Decision of GE in this regard shall be final and binding. (iv) Complaints noted '' NO Light'' shall be attended imediately up to 2200 hrs without fail,failing which recovery of Rs.240/ per complaint shall be effected from the RARs/ F Bill. (v) Minor items as PVC wire of any size as per requirement up to 1.0 Metre length,thimble,electric tape etc shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate of this items. (vi) The complaints shall be attended & defects shall be rectified within 08 hrs commencing from date and time of notifying the complaint slip failing which a penalty @ Rs.120 per complaint per day shall be leived/imposed on the contractor and recovery shall be made from his dues. (vii) Contracror shall arrange suitable T&P incl necessary means of transport, ladder and safety measures to make it functional complete all as specified and directed.8. Contractor or his rep will report daily at complaint cell for collection of complaints from the concerned JE's incharge,in case after checking& attending the defects, if it is not possible to rectfy the defects within 08 hrs, the facts shall be brought to the notice of Engeer in charge by the contractor/his rep immediately. If Engr -in -chargr is satisfied with contractor's view, no recovery will be made on this account. (viii) Labour charges for this item shall not be included under items which includes 'Material and labour', 'Suply and fix in repair', fixing only /fixing in repair in respective item of this Schedule/BOQ.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground earth pit with adequate quantity of charcoal and dust and common salt, not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level connected to & using galvanised iron strip 25×4mm as earthing lead drawn through GI protection pipe of size ordered specified for protection of earthing lead from earth electrode to test point/main DB from mechanical injury or tempering by means of nuts and bolt check nuts and washers of galvanised iron sheet all as shown in electrical plate No 5 of SSR Part - I and connected to earthing test point complete including testing filling of adequate quantity of charcoal dust and common salt including refilling earth and removal of surplus soil upto 50 mtrs PCC 1:3:6 type CI chamber precast RCC cover 40 mm thick reinforced with 6 mm dia MS bar 3 Nos both way with handle made out of 6 mm dia MS bar water pipe with wire mesh and connecting with earth point testing etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:- On testing after completion of earthing if desired earth resistance is not achieved, the earthing will be redone at no extra cost to obtain the desired earth values <5 ohms.
