M&L for rendering 10mm thick to fair faces of concrete in cement mortar 1:6 including mixing only integral water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instruction. Note : a) Integral water proofing compond will be measured and paid separately.

M&L for rendering 5mm thick on concrete surfaces, on ceiling, in CM 1:3 finished even and smooth (without using extra lime or cement) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces and applying three coats of white wash on wall etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for applying Two coats of 100% Premium acrylic Emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives@ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces & applying two coats of white wash on ceilings etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral waterproofing compound. Make:

S&F powder coated aluminium frames including sliding tracks, etc for doors, windows, ventilators, partitions with one or more rebates including jointing cleats for fixing, fittings like hinges, handles,locks, and also standerd closing and opening systems for louvers glass etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F powder coated (Thickness or powder coating not less than 50 micron) aluminium window and ventilator shutters, side hung type without sash bars, aluminium sections weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, anodised aluminium fittings such as peg stays 150mm long (1 no.). hinges type B-21 100mm long (2 no.) suitable handle (1 no.) complete all as specified.

M&L for 4.0 mm thick sheet glass in squares exc 0.5 sqm in each pane, etc all as specified and as directed.

S&F Stainless steel wire cloth 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples.

S&F Anodised aluminium grill (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868 with minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) of approved design/pattern, with approved standard section and fixed to the existing window frame with C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws @ 200 mm centre to centre, including cutting the grill to proper opening size for fixing and operation of handles and fixing approved anodised aluminium standard section around the opening, all complete as per requirement and as directed.

S&F rolled mild steel framed work (Fe-290 Gde E-165) as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces exceeding 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide, zinc chrome primer all complete.

M&L for 100 mm thick cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) in sub-floors, sub-bases, floors and pavings etc.

M&L for 100 mm thick cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) in sub-floors, sub-bases, floors and pavings etc.

Material and labour for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2, 75 mm thick using 40mm graded stone aggregates as in plinth protection finished fair and even without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Hard core of gauge n.exc 63 mm, deposited, spread and leveled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface with broken stone or boulders.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of concrete surfaces of roof as water proofing treatment, in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth (without using extra lime or cement) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for water proofing treatment to roofs surfaces including a coat of applied bituminous shalitex primer @ 0.30 lit per sqm evenly on roof surface and a coat of hot bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 kg/sqm shall be applied on primed surface and laying of 3mm thick APP modified polymeric membrane (weight not less than 3 kg/sqm) unrolled and bonded completly to the substrate with side overlap of 75 mm and end overlap of 100 mm and then sealed/fused by flame or bitumen and a coat of hot blown bitumen grade 85/25 @ 1.2 kg/sqm shall be applied on top of APP modified polymeric membrane as per manufacturer instruction and finally it will be finished with a coat of aluminium paint @ 0.20 kg/sqm ,complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for preparation of new steel surface over 10cm in width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for framed work as in doors or gates of angle, Fe-290 (Gde-E-165), or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces etc complete , drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors etc, to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & patter as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc. of required strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed.
