OD31599/2026-2027:Cutting and removing Arayal growth(baniyan tree) over the parpet wall, roofslabs,sunshade,expansion joints etc in various floors.After dismantiling the existing cement plaster ,brick work,cementconcrete work etc whereever if necessary for removing stem and root with out any damages of remaining structure and cutting and romoving its stem and roots and chemically burying the remaining roots where ever if necessary and rectifiying thedismantled portion etc complete in cleaning all cost and conveyence of rectifying materials,burying chemicals (acid,kerosine etc) including disposal of waste materials with in a distance of 150m away from the site

2.32:Clearing grass and removal of the rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

OD31600/2026-2027:Cleaning the tiles using detergent or diluted hydrochloric acid etc.

14.1.1:Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 meters lead:With cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : fine sand)

OD31467/2026-2027:Cleaning blocked up and not working sewer manhole of any size including disposal of black soil and other waste using scavenger rod as per the direction of the Engineer in charge

OD31469/2026-2027:Cleaning the blocked up sewage line using sewage clearing rod and put up the same in working order etc.

15.12.1:Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood ) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead:Of area 3 sq. metres and below
