Integrated Facility Management services for HouseKeeping and Cleaning services

2 The details of the area : Azadi Ki Pehli Ladai Ka Shaheed Samarak premises at on NH-44 at Ambala Cantt.

For providing Integrated Facility Management Services for housekeeping & cleaning service with material, the following manpower is required, 50 nos. Un-skilled Safai Karamchari & 05 no. Skilled Supervisor per month (for six days in a week & 8 hours per days).

Particulars Total Service Charges in rupees per month (should be quoted in both words & figure)

Service Charges should be quoted in amount only (not in percentage) for providing services of:-

(a) Safai Karamchari (Unskilled worker) - 50 nos. (may be increased or decrease)

(b) Supervisor (Skilled worker) - 05 no.

The Cleaning and Housekeeping services will be provided for six days in a week & 8 hours per day.

The service charges should be inclusive of material as per Annexure-III and uniform charges and any other expenses, if required as per tender conditions. Nothing extra will be paid.
