Fabrication, SITC of MV Switch Board Panel made of 14 SWG CRCA Sheet Steel, dust tight, vermin proof, totally enclosed, cubicle type, Confirming to IP42, floor mounting, free standing, suitable for indoor operation at 433 V, 3 Phase, 4 Wire, 50 Hz, A.C.System complete with all accessories, interconnection, connection, earthing, painting, etc., as required and comprising of the following: A. One No. of 125A, 36 KA, 4P MCCBs with Thermal Magnetic Releases for OC/SC/EF Protection as INCOMERS with ON/OFF/TRIP Indication Lamps and Multifuntion Meter i/c. CT as required. B. 08 Nos. of 50 A, 36 KA, 4P C-Curve, MCB Outgoing, as required. C. One Set of 160 Amps Al. Bus Bars with at Par Neutral BUS BARS as required. D. Supply of 3.5C x 70 Sq.mm, XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed armoured aluminium conductor power cable of 1.1 KV grade conforming to IS 7098 (Part-1) with upto date ammendments etc., complete as required. (Note: If the manufacturer does not have NABL accredited Laboratory samples from site shall be collected jointly by AAI and the agency and it will be sent to NABL accredited Laboratories / Govt Laboratories / IIT / IISc / IISER / College /University for acceptance Testing as per IS. The contractor will do all Liasoning, Transportation etc. and pay the testing charges. Nothing extra will be paid by AAI. if it is found that the cable supplied is not as per the requirement of IS, The supply will be rejected or recovery shall be made from the bill or any due pending with AAI from any airports)

Supply of 4C x 16 Sq.mm, XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed armoured aluminium conductor power cable of 1.1 KV grade conforming to IS 7098 (Part-1) with upto date ammendments etc., complete as required. Note: Only required quantity of HDPE Pipe to be supplied and laid at site. If any balance pipe is available after laying and same shall be taken back by agency. Payment will be made as actual utilization at site. Nothing will be paid extra.
