SCHEDULE `A' PART-VII MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS OF WORK (Note for items 9.01 to 9.24. The contractor shall quote his rate for each of these items separately. The estimated rate is left blank since the same is not prepriced by MES)

Taking down existing water proofing tretment on RCC slab / beams with bitumen felt with out damaging structure and removing the debrise outside the MD land and M&L for plaster 10 mm thick on concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:3 finished even and smooth using WPC @ 3% by weight of cement and preparing the surfaces to recive WPT treatment , applying a coat of bitumenm primer confirm to IS - 3384-1986 @ 3% per sqm . providing APP modified membrane with non woven polyster reinforcement/mat ( centre core) by tourch application over primed surfaces all as specified and directed by Engr-In- Charge

M & L for providing 12mm thick Gyp boards in ceilings fixed to ceiling sections with screws @ 300mm centre to centre and making good joints Gypsum binder including preparing the surfaces of ceiling boards and applying 2 coats of acrylic oil emulsion distemper with GI frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of GI perimeter channel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30mm and web of 27mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450mm centre to centre, intermediate channel 0.9mm thick having two equal flanges of 15mm each and web of 45mm suspended from sofits at approxly 900mm centre to centre with GI cleats, GI suspenders and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section of 0.55mm thick having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each side with lips of 10.5mm fixed to the intermediate channel at 457mm centre to centre all as specified as directed.

M & L for false ceiling corners with designed angular shape of size 100x100mm with POP fixed on 6mm thick fibre board with 20x20mm, 0.55mm thick galvanised sections fixed at intervals not more than 750mm complete al as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated concrete or PCC block masonry external surfaces and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint (in camouflage pattern as approved by the GE) over a coat of primer all as specified and directed by EIC.

M&L for Boring under roads / pavement / hard standing without disturbing the top surface by trench less technology using necessary machine including supply & inserting HDPE pipe of 150 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure for passing through the cables complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Necessary infrastructure required for boring shall be arranged by the Contractor at his own cost.

S&F flameproof exhaust fan, 15" (375mm), single phase,with and including louvers, complete, of make Shyam Cat No EF/140 or equivalent of make Sudhir / Bajaj/CG complete as directed. Note:- The rate quoated shall be in including making holes of suitable for exhaust fan of size 475 mm dia in PCC block masonry wall, making good the side of hole with CM (1:4) on wall with two coat of paint match with existing wall and distributed surface with 4 nos of stainless steel fastner of suitable size to fit the exhaust fan no extra payment will be allowed to contractor on this regard.
