Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any position not otherwise specifically provided for n.exc 15cm thick over complete all speficied & directed.

Taking down cement plaster, any description, on brick or stone walls etc, incluing raking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and disposal of debris complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation etc or for shaft, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, sewage line etc. not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Description all as per Srl item No 3.00 here-in-before but soft/loose soil exceeding 1.5m but not exceeding 3 mtr depth

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm with excavated soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material soils, not exc 50m and depositing where directed at level not exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC pipe 300 mm dia,grade NP-2, laid slope in treches and jointed in CM (1:1) and tested complete including demolition and breaking up drain pipes ( salt glazed ware, AC or Reinforced concrete ) set in cement mortar & cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in bed to drain pipes including packing under and hunching against the sides of pipe after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC Pipe 150 mm dia grade NP-3 laid slope in trenches jointed in CM (1:1) and tested complete including demolition and breaking up drain pipes ( salt glazed ware, AC or Reinforced concrete ) set in cement mortar & cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in bed to drain pipes including packing under and hunching against the sides of pipe after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pre-cast cement concrete block masonry type 1:5:8 (20mm graded stone aggregate) with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in mortar 1:4 including demolition of precast concrete articles of any description built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound at rate of 3% by weight of cement on fair masonry surfaced finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note: water proofing compound shall be paid & measured saperately under respective item.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on masonry surface in cement mortar 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in benching for manholes including necessary form work and finishing of exposed surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) as in cover slabs for manholes etc including necessary form work including demolition of reinforced cement concrete (reinforced cut to facilities demolition) in any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 6mm to 8mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (by using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping to the manholes including necessary form work and finishing of exposed surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for prepartion of new plaster surface of and apply two coats of white wash complete all as specified & as directed.
