Tubewell Transportation of suitable truck mounted rig machine, air compressor, OP unit, camp equipage, connected T&P and necessary accessories, casing pipe, tube well assembly housing pipe etc. Including loading, unloading creation and leveling fo rig machine upto site of work etc. Complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge required for drilling and development of TW.
(i) Erection and leveling of Rig machine at site of Work.
Drilling of 550 mm dia bore by heavy duty direct rotary Ring machine in alluvial, boulders, pebbles, rocky stone, sticky clay etc from ground level upto entire depth for 250 mm dia linear assembly.
Procurement of TW assembly as below (i) 300 mm dia MSERW pipe 7.90 mm thick (a) Blind & Threaded.
(b) Slotted & threaded.
(ii) 300 mm Dia Bail Plug.
(iii) 300 mm Dia MS Well cap.
(iv) 300 mm Dia MS Clamp with nuts & Bolts.
(v) Supply of pea graval of size 1.6 mm to 4.8 mm
(vi) Surrounding of pea Gravels in between bore and tube well assembly upto entire depth of tube well ordered by the department.
Preparing & lowering of tube well assembly starting form G.L to the required at site complete with all T&P required. (i) Fixing of 300 mm dia bail plug with Nut & U-Bolt.
(ii) Lowering of 300 mm dia MSERW housing pipe (Plain & Slotted pipe) as required.
(iii) Fixing of 300 mm dia, 8 mm thick tube well cap.
(iv) Fixing of 300 mm dia M.S.D.I housing clamp.
Dismantling of Rig Machine & Clearance of site after satisfactory completion of work.
Development of T/W by 350 PSI/1400 CFM air compressor unit to the satisfaction of Engineering in charge to give sand free discharge and proper packing of pea Gravels at least for 70 Hrs.
Development of T/W by the suitable submersible OP units complete with lowering and lifting of pumping plant having 2000 LPM discharge approximate including running of OP unit and weld testing of tube well by V Notch atleast for 60 Hrs. to the satisfactory completion of work.
Supply of submersible pump set 75 H.P out put N.R.V size 150 mm 2000 LPM Total Head 72 Mtr.
Pump Plant & Acceseries Supply, testing, tagging, terminating and jointing of 3 core flat cable with bare bunched copper conductor insulated with PVC and sheathed with PVC for submersible pump motors with voltage grade upto 1100 V generally confirming to IS 694-2010 with latest amendments of the following size. 25 Sqmm 03 Core. (Item No.1.04 of UJS table)
Supply installation, commissioning and testing of (SITC) on turnkey basis for fully Automatic Pump automation control panels of 100 hp capacity having " Field Programmable Logic Controllers based, SCADA Operated control & Run, control, Protect against faults automatically operated control and management System" for supervisory control and data acquisition system at pumping water supply scheme & two years free of cost A.M.C for warranty period.
