PROVISION OF CONSULTANCY SERVICES

consultancy services for structural evaluation and detailed structural drawings for the following bldgs all as specified here as under as per Architechural drawing attached herewith:- (a) Structural Evaluation, Analaysis & structural drawing as per approved arch drawings. (b) Detailed structural drawings of the footing & foundation i.e) Plan, Elevation, section with dimension in mm for columns including details of sub base for foundation & reinforcement details of Pedestal (scale 1:50) (c) Strucutal details of framed construction (scale 1:50) (d) Strucutral details (plan, Section & Reinforcement detailing) of plinth beams, columns, Lintel beams, roof beams, floor/roof slab and all structural members. (e) Typical reinforcement details of all strucutral members mentioned in Para (a) to (d) & other reinforcement details as per latest IS 456-2000, IS 13920-2016 & SP-34,Effect of wind loads (IS:875pt-3) & effect coastal area incl structural notes relevant to IS/SP (f) Detailed drawings for expansion /crumple joints if required as per codal requirment. The design of hard standing as given in Architectural drawings shall also be given.

Design shall be for the following parameters:- (i) Grade of Concrete- M-30 (ii) Grade of steel FE-500D TMT bars conf to IS-1786 (latest version) having minimum 18% elongation. (iii) Seismic Zone-IV (iv) Basic wind speed: 50 m/s (v) Floor loads shall be as per codal provisions for the type of bldg. (vi) All structural analysis & design shall be carried out using software STAAD Pro with sound engineering practice & as per all relevant IS Codes. The format of the strucutral drawings shall be similar to that being followed in the design section of HQ CE JZ Jodhpur (vii) Structural design drawings shall be got vetted from any of IITs/NITs. (viii) One set of Strutural drawing in hard & soft copy alongwith design calculation in hard & soft copy shall be submitted by the firm for approval by Dir (Design) After approval, submit the final structural drawings in A1 Size on Gateway tracing paper (95/100GSM), one set in soft copy, ten sets in hard copies, design calculation in soft copy and hard copy. Note: 1. 10% of the payment will be retained and released after physical completion of main job on account of site visit during execution of main contract and clarifications on structural drgs. Details of Plinth Area:1) Area of one Block of Six Qtrs Triple Storey -390.3 Sqm (2) Area of Scooter Shed for 06 Qtrs-36 Sqm (3) Area of One Block of 04 Otrs D/s-260.2 Sqm (4) Area of 04 Scooter Sheds- 24 Sqm. = Total = 710.5 Sqm.
