Supply & fix GI frame work for seam less ceiling comprising of GI perimeter channel 0.55mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30mm and web of 27mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and secrews at 450mm centre to centre / intermediate channel 0.9mm thick having two equal flanges of 15mm each and web of 45mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with GI cleat and steel exphansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (n.exc 1.2m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50mm and flange of 26mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457mm centre to centre of size 605 x 605 mm grid including hangers 6mm dia G.I (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of G.I flat 40 x 3mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5 mm dia 40mm long complete all as specified in repairs complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fix gypsum board 12mm thick in ceiling fixed with screw and finished including putty finishing & two coats of plastic emulsion paint after the installationas per manufacturers instructionscomplete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for providing and fixing 10 mm thick plaster of paris ceiling (Gypsum anhydrous) to flat surface or curved incl any sunk or raised mouldings over 2nd class soft wood fillets, or metal frame work and reinforced with G.I. wire mesh (Metal frame work shall be paid separately) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for false ceiling corners with designed angular shape of size 100x100mm with POP fixed on 6mm thick fibre board with 20x20mm, 0.55mm thick galvanised sections fixed at intervals not more than 750mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for anodised aluminium snap grid powder coated size of grid 605mm x605mm frame work made out of 0.5mm thick GI tee 32x24mm for main, 25x44mm for cross tee and 20x20mm angle fixed on wall , finish on exposed faces of tee and angle , hung from ceiling using 2mm thick GI suspension wires spaced of 1200mm on main runners for false ceiling complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for gypsum ceiling board for ceiling prepainted , matt finish, 600x600x12x15mm in size with preparation of approved brand/ make, laid over, grid work ro fixed with nails to any type of frame work or with staples on snap grid incl making niches for fan/light on ceiling purposescomplete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down chowkats or frames exc 1.5 sqm and n exc 6 sqm each with shutters (without taking off shutter from the frame) and removing to or from store complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fix glass door 12mm thick single / double leaf clear tinted toughened glass incl diamond polish complete with six holes and two patch cut out incl frosting of glass all as per direction of EIC through CNC machine incl, hinged, ISI marked floor door spring for each shutter incl top patch bottom patch, sticking of logos/strips and 30 cm long stainless steel handle set and central stainless steel lock system complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fix glass 8mm thick fixed type with powder coated aluminium frame using sections DP/SP weight not less than 1.50 kg/RM, clear tinted toughened glass incl diamond polish complete frosting of glass all as per direction of EIC through CNC machine incl fixed with rubber beading and glazing clips and using powder complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fix pre- painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for precast cement concrete louvres and jallies made out of cement concrete type B0 (1:2:4) using 12.5 mm graded aggregate set in CM(1:4) , 50mm thick (measured solid), including all mouldings complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for providing cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 type B1 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in RCC/PCC coping, bed block for hold fast etc incl necessary form work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness Laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar in floors, aprons etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for in repairs for 20mm thick granite, Z black (table rubbed and polished) for platforms, wall lining (veneering to wall), cills and in similar items laid over and including 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) and pointing with white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixutre of pigment to match with shade of granite external edges rounded complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for preparation of scapped surfaces of walls of any description by washing, rubbing down and finishing walls with textured exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.28 ltr/10 sqm) over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20kg/10 sqm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of precast concrete block walling built in cement morter complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & labour for precast cement concrete block masonry type 1:2:4 using 20mm graded stone aggregate with solid blocks, exc 10cm in width and setting in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for RCC type B1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in beams, cantilevers, bressmummers, lintels over 1.5 m span complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & labour for mild steel TMT bars 5 mm dia and over upto and including 10 mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, stirrups spaces and bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with the including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster from brick/concrete surfaces including raking out joints, hacking for key and scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & labour for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound on PCC block masonry surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. . (Note : Supply only WPC will be measured and paid separately)

Supply only water proofing compound (liquid), ISI marked complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & labour for rendring 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick/concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & labour for preparation new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coat of exterior emulsion paint over a coat of water base primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & labour for preparing new plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of distemper with distemper oil emulsion white or tinted over complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Complete removal of existing treatment on wall surfaces and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & labour for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced), roofs, beams, landing, and similar suspended work of any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & labour for 25 mm thick cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate in sub base of floors etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & labour for light shade double charged vitrified ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.42 sqm but not exceeding 1.00 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match and including screed bed 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per above items 40 but as in skirking, dado including 10mm CM (1:6) plaster complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fix in repairs 20/22mm dia fancy type SS 304 grade curtain rods with wall thickness not less than 1.25mm, fixed to walls with and including a pair of fancy type SS brackets and SS clamps best quality as approved by GE complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note - Length of curtain rod shall be measured and paid for as one unit. Quoted rate is deemed to include for provision of a pair of brackets and clamps per unit length) .

Dismantling of cast iron/PVC /AC or reinforced concrete pipes of any size jointed in cement mortar/solvent cement etc. and taking out of from trenches/walls, (including all fittings), with spigot and socket ends and lead joints including burning out joints if required of size 100/110mm dia of pipes complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fix PVC bend equal of any radius provided with access door, ISI marked, IS-14735, jointed with solvent cement for 110mm size pipes complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(ii) Main Section of aluminium shall be used 100mmx45mm with same thickness as mentioned in lieu of Drg 65mmx38mm above reffered due to less space available for fixing wire gauge shutter fixing grill.

Material & labour for cleaning surfaces and applying evenly a coat of hot blown bitumen grade 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg per Sqm over a coat of bituminous based primer @ 0.30 Kg per Sqm till the surface is properly impregnated. After the application of the bitumen, provide polymeric water proofing membrane of approved quality weighting not less than 3 Kg per Sqm with 100 mm over laping and bonded completely to the substrata and the over laps sealed / fused by flame or by bitumen as per manufacturers instruction. After the membrane is laid a layer of blown bitumen grade 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg / Sqm shall be applied and one coat of aluminium paint at the rate of 100 gram per sqm as per manufacturer instruction over bituminous layer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. NOTE:- The polymeric water proofing membrane shall be extended upto parapet walls and inserted in walls by cutting groove and making good with cement mortar 1:3 as directed .

Material & labour for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on concrete surfaces with liquid water proofing compound @ 200 ml/50 kg per bag of cement or as per manufacturar instruction finished even and smooth without using extra cement over roof slab complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge . NOTE: water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately .

Supply & fix Mild steel works as in wind ties for roof including securing bolts, all necessary drilling etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down old existing water proofing tretment on RCC slab / beams with bitumen felt with out damaging structure and removing the debrise outside the MD land and M&L for plaster 10 mm thck on concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:3 finished even and smooth using WPC @ 3% by weight of cement and preparing the surfaces to recive WPT treatment , applying a coat of bitumenm primer confirm to IS - 3384-1986 @ 3% per sqm . providing APP modified memrane with non woven polyster reinforcement/mat ( centre core) by tourch application over primed surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & labour for 150 mm diameter RCC NP3 pipes laid on 150 mm thick moorum/sand/crushed stone bed with excavation up to depth 1.65 m in any type of soil, including manholes of standard size made of Brick masonry/ RCC/precast RCC with SFRC ventilating cover and frame.
